Jack, Jaeden, Wyatt and I all walk down the hallway of the school to leave its the last day of school before the holidays so the hallway was completely empty. As I am about to exit the school I see a girl I the corner of my eye, she is walking out of a classroom with books in her hand giving the teacher a big smile before saying "thank you for a great year Mrs Smith" I stop walking and am about to approach her when I hear a kids annoying voice which I soon recognised as Jack yell "OOOO FINN IS STARING AT THAT GIRL!"I blush as she turns around hearing Jack say that. She rolls her eyes and continues to put her books in her bag and leave the School.

We have been on break for about two weeks now and nothing really exciting has happened everyone is away doing summery things and I am outside at 11pm trying to master this skateboard flip which I cannot get. "move back more and jump higher" I hear a girls voice say from a distance. I turn around to hear where the female voice is coming from and I see a girl sitting on the curb under a street light with a book laying in her lap open with a pen in her right hand. "ugh thanks" I say unsure about her advice. I do all the tips she gives me and I land the flip straight away. "oh jeez I did it thanks again" I say turning around to face the girl. This time she was walking closer and as she passed under a street light I saw a glimpse of her face and immediately realised it was the girl from school on the last day. I don't think she realised it was me because the last day of school she looked as if she hated me. "All good, can I have a ride?" She asked me "ugh yeah sure" I responded now nervous as hell. Every time I see this girl I get nervous and I don't know why. She started riding my skateboard down the street and did a couple of tricks. "You're pretty good" I say quite impressed "you're not so bad yourself" she said returning the compliment, i smiled looking at the ground. "Here's your board" she said handing me the board as she did this our hands touch sending us both to jolt away. I start to step closer to her then I hear her slightly gasp in shock I look around seeing what she was gasping at all I find is myself under a street light which caused her to realise it was me. "Oh Finn it's you" she said getting slightly embarrassed. She started to blush uncontrollably " don't be embarrassed " I smile at her, she looks at the ground and then stares into my eyes. I move a piece of hair out of her face and tuck it behind her ear. "Wow" I say as I start to get nerveous "what?" She replied. "you're beautiful" I say as I start to blush uncontrollably
