Natsu POV   (At lunch)

I pulled out my phone to texted Wendy that I had a detention. not caring who I bummed into. Round here I'm known as the cold hearted rich boy. There is a lot people don't know about me. I don't have friends and I have not since grade 7 (or year 7 if that's what you call it). now your probably wondering why it's because...

I was rather insecure I had a lot going on so did they but I didn't know the extent of their problems nor them mine. 

· The Strauss  family where going through adoption.

· Gray had a sick parent

· Levy and Juvia were dealing bullies

· Erza and jellal were occupied with everyone else

· Laxus was dealing with the departure of his father

· Bixlow was having trouble with his scores

· Gajeel was having trouble with drugs

And I was having trouble with the death of my parents every time I tried to talk to them they just got  agitated. Didn't let me talk to them I had watched my parents get killed in front of me and my friends wouldn't talk to me. Eventually I stop talking to them full stop and became cold as the guilt and anger ate me up. At one point I even tried  committing suicide luckily Wendy stopped me sometimes I do think suicidal thoughts and I rarely cut anymore.

  Still Natsu POV

I walk in in to detention to see

on one, I can't be the only one who has detention. Turn round to the sound of the door opening to see the people I hate the most.

"Natsu" I just turn round and sit in a random place.

Gray POV  

I can't believe it. We (the Strauss, Erza, Juvia, levy, Gajeel, Laxus , Jellal and Bixlow)  have just walked in on our old buddy Natsu. I am in the right mind to go up to him and punched him, but Ezra beat me to it. just as she was about to hit him he caught fist. "WHY? Did you just leave us? why in our hardest time?" Levy shouts turning to a whisperers. To which Natsu in a sinister voice.

"If you would have talked to me in your darkest times then maybe you would know"

"What do you mean?" I asked

"well while you were dealing with your dark time, I would try to talk to you but you would just  either ignore or tell me for mouths on end"

"WE WERE HAVING A HARD TIME WE NEEDED SPORT" I shout only for him to shout back.

"SO WAS I" 

"Go on tell us" With that Natsu stunk back in to his chair and asked us 

" why should I?"

"Why should we have talked to you" He looked up at me and whisperers something about parents. Erza  asked him to repeat in a deadly tone. He stands up as if to prove his dominance.

"I lost my parents. I watched them die as they were murder, I didn't have anyone apart from Wendy. Now you know go away." We just looked at each other and walked to the back the room.

Lucy POV       

I stayed in the toilet till the end of the school cutting my self and writing in my dairy. I waited for a few minutes then walked to the detention room slowly making sure I didn't run in to anyone. I made it just before the teacher Mr Clive. I went to go sit at the back to the room to find there filed up by kids with blue hair. So I just went and sat at the front. When I sit down I have to bit my lip not to scream in pain. 

Natsu POV

I was blowing off stem from my encounter with Ice Princess when the blond hair chick comes in. When she sat down she bit her lip like she was trying not to cry out in pain.  We had an hour to occupy our self. I just listen  to music while watching the chick cause something seems off about her. 

time skip after detention when Lucy gets home      

Lucy's POV

Oh c***, I'm later than I expected Father is going to kill me. I insert the key in to the lock with shaking hands but before I can open it the door swings open to reveal a angry male. "To the Punishment room" my eyes widen in pure fear "NOW" he barked. With that I  dropped my bag with second hand  belongings on the floor and ran to the Punishment Room putting a side the pain after all there's  a lot more coming.
