Liam's POV;

Waking up to Emily cuddled into my chest brought me comfort in an odd way. We just met the girl yesterday and here I am cuddled up next to her. I let out a small huff of air as I slowly got out of bed and went into the bathroom. I quickly did my business and then washed my hands. I looked at myself in the mirror and shook my head. You're worthless. I let out an exasperated sigh as I lifted up my shirt and looked at my scars. I traced over them with my finger as I let a few tears run down my face. Why did I let myself get like this? Why can't I be normal?

"Liam?" I heard Emily's innocent voice from our shared hotel bed. I sighed as I washed my face and put my shirt down then walked out to find her sitting up looking around, rubbing her eyes. I chuckled slightly as I walked over to the bed and sat down next to her.

"Did you sleep well?" I asked as I let out a yawn.

"Yeah. Thank you for letting me sleep next to you. I really appreciate it," she smiled over at me. I felt my heart flutter as she did so.

*knock knock*

I looked over at the door and sighed as I got up and answered it. "You ready to go get her stuff?" Luke asked with a wide smile. I glanced down at my clothes and then shut the door in his face, locking it in the process. "HEY!" Luke exclaimed offended. I chuckled as I turned towards Emily and smiled at her. She blushed as she sat on the bed combing through her hair with her fingers. Her hair was gorgeous down. The brunette locks accented her beautiful gray eyes. I wonder who she got her eyes from.

"I'm gonna change and then we can go get your stuff okay?" I asked as I walked over to my mess of a suitcase.

"Um, Liam. I don't think it's a good idea for me to go in your clothes. I don't want to deal with that today," she said letting out a small sigh. Releasing a huff of air from my lungs I looked over at her. Her brows furrowed together as she looked down at her twiddling thumbs avoiding my gaze. I stood up and walked over to her putting my fingers under her chin, lifting her head up so she could look at me.

"He won't do or say anything as long as I'm with you," I smiled at her. It was funny how I could be this brave man around Emily, but when it came to me being alone I was only a coward fighting off my own demons. A smile formed onto her lips as she nodded. I smiled as I walked back over to my suitcase and grabbed a random outfit. Walking towards the bathroom I noticed she stood up and followed behind me. I stopped and turned around giving her a questioning look. "What are you doing?" I questioned her.

"I was going to wait over here for you to finish up in the bathroom so that I could go," she said as she moved her hair out of her face.

"Here, you go first," I smiled as I moved out of the way. She shook her head as a small giggle escaped her lips.

"No, I can wait," she smiled. I stood there, arms folded determined to let her go first. "Ugh, fine," she rolled her eyes as she went into the bathroom closing the door behind her. I smiled at my victory. Within minutes she was finished in the bathroom.

"Do you have an extra toothbrush by any chance?" She asked as she opened the door. I stood there for a minute, thinking about what was in my suitcase.

"Maybe so," I said as I sat my clothes on the sink and then walked over to my suitcase in search of the toothbrush. Once I found it I smiled and stood up. Turning around I walked over to the bathroom and handed her the packaged brush.

"Come on!" Luke yelled from the other side of the door. Emily walked out and I walked in, quickly taking a shower and doing my morning routine. I always hated taking showers, it makes the cuts sting which is worse than actually cutting. You're probably wondering why I cut and it's cause I keep getting the most hate out of us boys. My family (other than my parents and siblings) doesn't want anything to do with me and the boys keep making jokes about the hate that I get. It's not a very valid reason to do it but that's my reasoning.
