     It was a cold, dark night. I was running through the streets. I cant be caught, I refuse to be caught. Street lights turns to blurs, what few cars remained were barely more than burnt out shells, reminiscent of a time humanity wished they could go back to.

   Dogs were barking, people were yelling and kids were crying. It was horror. The night that they came is one nobody alive could ever forget, the memory as haunting as the gaunt faces of children in distress, animals left to wither without their families. 

   The only safe place was the woods or so we thought.

   We survived on nothing, fueled only by our hatred and pure animosity to those who betrayed us. The thought of them crumbling, being ripped piece by piece was the only way to keep ourselves going.
