WEIGHTLIFTING FAIRY KIM BOOK JOO is a MBC TV K-Drama circled around the relationship between a weightlifter and a swimmer; whom both aspire to be some of the world's best in their designated sport.
This drama was perfect in every way because nothing was over complicated; there were no confusing side stories and the actors really complimented each other.

The main leads are quite well known in Korea as they are both famous actors and models under YG KPlus. The chemistry between them is undeniable in the drama and so much so that the two actors started dating after the drama had finished. But they broke up recently due to their insane and busy schedules with modelling and acting on their plates. :(
Kim Bok Joo; played by gorgeous Lee Sung-Kyung. While Jung Joon-Hyung is played by the very handsome Nam Joo-Hyuk. Ah... Gorgeous people is drama is such a great aesthetic 😍
The good thing about this drama is that it is both cute and relatable to younger audiences who may still be in high school or are currently going through college since the actors and the characters they portray are quite young themselves.

Since it is not complex in terms of historical background or language (such as funny and weird idioms as such) it is quite a good drama to start off with and will definitely get you in hooked to watch others. Hence, it has been deemed the prize of five stars.
You can find this one basically every K-Drama streaming site since it is quite a recent drama and most of them will also be in high-quality. Drama3S is very good and was the one I used to watch it. And no... I am not sponsored.
