Elizabeth Anne "Liza" Parker was just an average thirteen-year-old girl. She has deep blue eyes under her big, dark-rimmed angular glasses, long caramel coloured hair and she's about five feet tall. She looks nerdy but she's more of a book geek than a nerd, she's of average intelligence and she's extremely adventurous and outgoing, she's kinda boyish. But you won't expect heroics from this girl, she's just a teen!
Ethan Anderson Collins, a pretty famous name in Beaconsfield if you'd ask me. Yes, he's pretty smart -- wait, let me take that back, -- he's really smart., just listening to his name you could probably tell that he is. Well, he's a tall boy of fifteen years of age, he has the usual brownish hair, a typical stance, only a bit taller than Elizabeth, and he has gray -- yes -- gray eyes since he wears contact lenses.
You won't really know how the two of them actually knew each other or met unless you've asked Liza or Ethan themselves. Their tandem seems unusual, come think of it, a topnotch junior and an ordinary freshman. Let me tell you how they met.
It was a crisp autumn evening, the second day of September. It was Beaconsfield High's first day. "Oh gosh!" Liza exclaimed running through the halls, "I'm gonna be la---" BAM! She toppled over, books, papers and all.
"Bloody---" Ethan muttered, "I am genuinely sorry," he apologized, helping Liza collect her things and stand up. "I'm Ethan Anderson, by the way," he introduced himself. Liza simply nodded and smiled as she dashed away to her assigned room, 2A.
"Ah," their instructor said, facing her, "You must be Elizabeth Anne Parker, yes?" she asked.
Liza nodded, "Yes, I am, Ma'am," she answered, "Sorry for being late."
"Well, go ahead and take a seat," their instructor said, "Third one from the left, second row." Liza walked towards her seat, seeing an inscription in the board, Miss Samantha Ferrer, it read. It was the name of their instructor. She sat beside a redhead named Abigail who had her earphones on, she kept doodling on her notebook and it read Abigail, so Liza guessed that that was her name.
Three hours passed by, and before Liza knew it, she was already walking towards the cafeteria. She didn't feel like eating, so she just read until the bell rang.
The class ended quickly....
