Chapter 3: The Last Word

The rest of the day was spent relaxing, rewinding into the day to do nothing as much as possible. I enjoyed it as much as I could.

I did a few things to tidy up my apartment which later on I had ended up watching movies.

I was watching "The Matrix".

The cheesiest movie to ever be made, surprised how our technology is so advance. A few moments later, there was a knock on my door that was being banged harshly. I walk over through the peephole to notice it was Henry.

"What are you doing here Henry? I thought you were working still?" I asked.

"I was but then I finished early so I left, now let's hang out for a bit shall we." The dramatic as ever.

"Mhm... why are you really here?" I ask.

He then frowns as he stomps into the living room and grouches over to the couch. His smile downwards, his arms puffed up, and his eyes sad.

"Okay... before I came to your place to...you know 'hang out', I was at my house and apparently, Antonio is upset with me because I forgot our date night." I roll my eyes and sit next to him bringing a box of tissues.

"Why did you miss date night?" I asked.

"I was busy." He says vaguely.

"Busy swapping spit with a different person?" He turns to glare at me but I give him a glare that he can't bullshit me. Henry was not the man to simply settle down for one.

"I know you asked for an open relationship but seems to me you're not putting Antonio first hun." I pat his back as he frowns.

"Ugh don't remind me. I know what I asked for is a bit much however I thought he would love it as well wanting to go out into the world. I don't want to limit myself yet I don't want to lose him either."

I nodded as I continued to console Henry as he was having a hard time with his new relationship.

"I don't think that's what Antonio wants," I answer.

"Maybe, how do I change his mind?" He asks.

"I don't think you can, it has to come from his heart but it seems he only wants to share it with one," I tell him as I pass him a tissue.

"Oh girl, stop being right. You're making me feel guilty." He glares at me as he wipes his nose clean.

"I'm only right because it's not the answer you like," I explain as I begin to change the movie to something more horrifying to distract our minds.

"I hate you." He answers.

"I love you too Henry." We sat down watching the film "It" play on the screen.

Henry hates horror films but I love it.

"Ugh... why do we have to sit through this with a man-eating clown ready to shred these kids apart? Can't we watch the Goonies or something else?" Henry asks me.

"Or..."

"Oooh, I love the sound of 'Or'." He sits on his legs, back straight and tall ready to hear another suggestion.

"We can go out tonight. What do you say?" It's been forever since I've been out to a club.

"How about we go to a different setting. Something mysterious and exclusive." Henry then mentions about an underground club.
