Rhylee's P.OV
Ross and I walked to his car and then all of the sudden a crack of thunder came and soon after a bolt off lightning "come on we need to do back inside" I said as we ran back in.
"What happened to you guys" Riker asked "we got wet" I said "well duh" Ross replied. "well what know" I asked
All of the sudden a bolt of lightning came and then the power went out I grabbed onto the closest person which was Riker "Alright now we need to get candles and flashlights so we don't die in the dark" Rocky says exaggerating "we aren't going to die....right Riker we aren't going to die" I said and then asked "no we are not just get the flashlights" he said and we all went our desperate ways got flashlights and changed into pjs and we all met back downstairs in the living room.
"I have to go" Connor said "what you can't just leave" I kinda yelled "well my roommates are being stupid and can't find anything so they are all texting me that they are going to die" he said mad got up "alright but drive very vey very carefully I lost 1 person in a car accident and I don't want to lose 2" I said and have him a hug before he left.
"Well since that took longer than expected it's already 11:03pm so we should go to sleep since there is nothing else to do" Ryland said "agreed" I said and then there was another crack or thunder and lightning and I jumped and grabbed Ellington's arm and Riker said "so judging by Rhylee I think we are all just going to stay together" Ellimgton said "Awwwww is little Rhylee scared of thunder and lightning" Rocky said making fun of me then another bolt of thunder came "Yes" I said still holing onto Ratliff's arm "alright let's set up camp" Ross said and everyone got pillows and blankets.
Ross and I slept on the L shaped couch and our heads were next to each other. Then Riker and Rocky slept on the other couch which were recliners and Ryland Rydel and Ratliff slept on the floor. "Good night" I said and everyone said it too.
Every time I heard thunder or saw lightning I got really tense and shut my eyes. "you know that nothing will hurt you from inside" Ross whispered to be while lying on his stomach and then I turned on my side so I could be face to face with him "ya but ever since I was little I've always been scared" I answered "well I'm here to protect you so nothing will happen" he said grabbing my hand. Then I heard it again and I squeezed my eyes shut and then Ross squeezed my hand. "See nothing happens" Ross said as I open my eyes. We both just look at each other for a few minutes and them I close my eyes because I couldn't keep them open any longer.
But while I was in that random stage were your half asleep and half awake I heard Ross say "goodnight Rhylee you have no clues how much you mean to me" and then I fell asleep
Ross's P.O.V
"Goodnight Rhylee you have no clue how much you mean to me" I said because she was already asleep. Then I drifted off into a dreamless sleep.
~Next Day~
"Wake up" someone said while shaking me "come on Rhylee we need to go to Nikki's house we told her we would be there by 10 and it's 9:42 now so get up" The person who know I know is Rydel. "I'm getting up" I said as Rydel walked away. Then I got up and let go of Ross' hand and he started moving around so I quietly left.
I walked into Rydel's room and saw that the electricity was working again and because last night everyone's phone was dying I decided to be nice and fond a bunch of chargers and plugged in all of there phones in the closest charger. The cool thing about there couch is that it has outlets on the sides so I just plugged most of the in there.
Once I got back to Rydel's room she asked "so I saw Ross was holding your hand" Rydel said "Ya so" I said "you to are so cute together" she said while throwing me some clothes "whatever" I said "why are you giving me shorts and a t-shirt when I'm cold "do you want a sweatshirt "non it's ok I'm going to steal Ross'" I said "aww" Rydel said "I do it like everyday so it's not new" I Sid as I walked out and into Ross' room and grabbed his Monsters University sweatshirt and then walked back into Rydel's room and looked in the mirror and looked and saw that the sweatshirt almost went over my jean shorts.....oh well. I grabbed my phone and Rydel and I left.
