Couple months later (Asia is lounging at home, scrolling through her phone when she gets a text.)

Text conversation:

Asia: Hey Trey.
Trey: Hey cutie.
Asia: lol
Trey: Wyd?
Asia: Nothin', just chillin' at home.
Trey: Can I come over?
Asia: Yeah, sure.

(The conversation ends. A little while later, Trey arrives at Asia's house. They settle in, chatting on the couch.)

Trey's POV:
I've been talking to Asia for a while now, and she's real cool. I think it's time I ask her to be my girlfriend.

Trey: Asia, can I ask you something?

Asia: Yeah, anything.

Trey: Will you be my girlfriend?

Asia: (Smiling wide, she leans in and kisses him) Yes.

Trey: (Kissing her back, feeling happy and relieved)

(The next day, Asia calls her best friend, Kayla.)

Asia: Hey girl, guess what!

Kayla: What's up, girl?

Asia: Trey asked me out!

Kayla: No way! What'd you say?

Asia: I said yes, of course!

Kayla: That's crazy! Ar'mon asked me out too!

Asia: Seriously? What did you say?

Kayla: I said yes!

Asia: Girl, we're both boo'd up now. I'll call you later, okay?

Kayla: Alright, bye girl!

Asia: Bye!
