Oh god, I can't believe this is happening! Why the HELL did I agree to do this?! What if she leaves me at the alter?! What if I forget my vows?! I'd be a laughing stock! Me, Sebastian Alexander FREAKIN Smythe! Smythe's don't get nervous; they make OTHERS nervous!
I take deep breaths to try and relax as I button up my black vest over my emerald green, silk tie. It's all going to be okay. Dani loves me and she wouldn't have agreed to this if she didn't. Right? Oh, god, she DOESN'T! Someone kill me before my humiliation does! Covering my white shirt, with my white jacket, I hear my cue to walk to the alter. I relax as my groomsmen and Dani's bridesmaid walk to their places. Hearing Dani's cue, my heartbeat thunders in my chest. It relaxes as the most BREATHTAKING angel appears.
She glides up to me and her hand is placed in mine. Elliott, as my best man, gave me a reassuring smile that conveys his happiness for us. After vowing to love Dani for the rest of my life, we move onto the famous words. The priest looks at me.
"Do you, Sebastian Alexander Smythe, take this woman to be your lawfully wedded wife? To have and to hold, for richer or poorer, in sickness and in health, as long as you both shall live?"
"I do," the words come easily to my mouth.
The priest turns to Dani and repeats his words. This is it; she's gonna say no.
"I do." My heart stops as the words leave her lips.
The priest turns back to me. "You may now kiss the bride." I lean down and, as my lips connect with hers, the world stops. I vaguely hear the priest announcing us as Mr. and Mrs. Smythe, but I'm too far in my happiness to hear the actual words. After breaking free for air, Dani throws her bouquet of white roses into Katie's arms and I aim the garter right at Elliott's face. After that I drag Dani to the cream-filled red velvet cake and we take turns feeding each other. After 30 minutes, we run to the limo and it heads toward the airport for our 4 month, tour of Europe honeymoon. If only Kurt could see me now!
