"Calm down Taylor! It was a stupid game. Taylor!"

I kept on walking ignoring my best friends yells.

"Please listen." she begged.

"What?!" I snapped, while turning around.

"You have to remember it was a stupid game it's not my fault." she said.

"You could have said no." I responded sharply.

I eyed her for a while. She was completely speechless.

" I'm sorry." she said in between tears.

I rolled my eyes.

"I'm sorry I snapped at you. It's just... how could you do that to me? You know how much I like him and yet you still did it. Not only that but now that I'm finally dating him, you still do it because of a game." I said, eyes watering.

"It was a stupid kiss. It's not my fault the stupid bottle landed on me ok?" she said annoyance evident in her tone.

She knew she wasn't winning this one.

"Whatever, have fun. I'm going home." I said.

"W-wait..." she stuttered.

I slammed the door of my yellow mustang and drove off. My eyes were still filled with tears and I knew I probably shouldn't be driving, but I really didn't feel like facing Josh or Amy. I looked down at my phone for a brief second and noticed I had 10 missed calls and 27 texts. I looked back up at the road and a blue truck was halfway on my side of the road. I swerved to the right, barely missing him, but lost control. The car started going down a hill, hitting small trees and driving over rocks. I struggled to get a hold of the steering wheel, but when I finally did there was a stump right in front of me. My head jerked forward and hit the steering wheel. Everything else went dark around me.

When I woke up I was still in the car, laying on the airbag. I felt a burning sensation on my head and touched my fingertips to it. Blood covered my fingertips. I looked down to the airbag and noticed a circle of blood. I didn't know if I should call anyone, but on instinct my fingers dialed 911.

"Hello 911. What's your emergency?"

"Umm I'm in a car crash. I went down a hill and hit a stump."

"Ok. How bad is..."

Was all I heard before the darkness consumed me again.

When I woke up again, all I saw was white. I closed my eyes and then re opened them. I realized I was at the hospital. In a room that was all too familiar to me. I looked around and no one was there. Go figure. I knew my parents wouldn't be here. A doctor came rushing in.

"We contacted your parents, but only received a voicemail. " He said. "How are you feeling?"

"Um I don't know. " I replied.

I reached my fingers to my forehead and came in contact with a thick bandage.

"Fine I guess. Where's my car?"

"We had it towed to your house." He explained.

"Thanks Jerry." I smiled.

Jerry was always like a father to me. He used to babysit me while my parents were away. That is when he wasn't working. He was always there for me.

"Now you're going to have to have that bandaged up every once in a while. There are no severe injuries. Just a couple scratches and of course your head, which was the worst one. Otherwise I think you're good to go soon. My shift ends soon if you want me to drive you home. " he informed.
