Introduction:

When I first entered middle school life for me was as good as can be. Then as the year dragged on I started to focus more on my body image and doubted myself more than ever. 7th grade started and I would ask myself "you think you're pretty, but do others?"

That led me to start wearing clothes that hid my figure, and I didn't feel happy about my image. I wasn't and am not fat, or slightly overweight. My doctor says I'm petite. But I have bloating issues and really brought myself down for it. "No one wants to see a girl who looks pregnant," I would think to myself.

Then my friend let me borrow the Lauren Conrad beauty book. It helped me to start boosting up my self confidence and to find the inner beauty inside me. I still working on my self confidence but the main focus on this book I write for you currently is to share with you my tricks of the trade on being healthy so you can work on your self confidence.

Even if you don't or can't follow my healthy living tips please take into consideration the confidence part of this. Even if you weigh 300 pounds or are brought down because of your religion please know that there is at least one person on this earth that loves you and walk with your head held high. Even if no one you know loves you, just know I do. That is why I'm writing this.

Please no mean comments, I'm just offering advice. I've learned that if opportunity doesn't come knocking, you must build a door.
