When we got to Blockbuster she got out the car and looked for a movie. it seemed like it was taking forever. I got out the car and went to where she was at.
"What the hell is taking you so long Star"
"I dont know which one to get"
"which ones are you stuck between?"

"just get both of them damn movies so we can go"
"I dont know why you tryna rush home so fast, you aint gone do nun but bother me while I try to watch these movies." she said
"Shut up" I said snatching the movies away from her
I went to the counter and payed for them.
"Now lets get out of here please"
We went to the car and got in. I looked at her and she was on instagram.
"Star, do we have some popcorn at home?"
"What?" she said not takeing her eyes off the screen
I snatched the phone away and put it between my legs. she looked at me like I was crazy or something.
"August give me my phone back now"
"No, cuz you act like you cant hear a nigga when you got it."
"I couldn't hear you" she said
"That's because you always on yo damn phone" I said
"Well what did you say"
"I said do we have some popcorn at home" I said with a attitude
"no we dont now can you give me my phone back"
"No, we finna go to the store
we went to Walmart and got out. when we got in the store we went to where the popcorn was.
STAR POV
Me and August were at the store. This boy still got my phone and will not give it to me for shit. I am getting so fucking aggrivated because he just steady looking at his phone whenever he get a text, but he act like can't give me my phone back.
"August give me my phone back"
"I already told you no, so stop asking"He said laughing
"That's not fair you keep looking at yo phone evey time somebody text you"
"Dont try and turn this around on me , you on yo phone way more than I am on mine." He said
"If you dont give me my phone I will not talk to you for the rest of this day." I said with my hand out.
"Alright damn, here crybaby ass" He said pushing the phone in my hand
I knew he would give it to me, he aint that stupid

We went to the check out line and the cash register man was tryna flirt with me. I could tell August was gettin mad but I could honestly care less, ima get him baxk for flirting with that waiter at I Hop. I think it's time to have some fun, lets see how far this can go.
"What's a cute guy like you working here" I asked smiling sweetly
"nun just tryna make me a little money"
