Powers and weapons: unknown and extremely dangerous
Backstory: Cosmo has been in the orphanage sense he was 1 he currently 5 years old but when he was 3 the orphanage sent him to lab to get experimented on and that's how he got his cat ears a tail but there is another thing they put into him and that's another person who's name is Nova he kills for fun he was a failed experiment gone wrong the sad thing is Cosmo remembers nothing when Nova takes control
