More than what she seems

Chapter 6

(Crosshair's pov)
Indigo smiled when her carrier waved her servo across the room and everything was fixed I was impressed but her carrier looked at Indigo and said, "Ok now Indigo we need to practice on your magic now try turning into a lioness."  She nod and a blue mist surrounded her and now stood a giant cat and it roar in happiness, I chuckled but Astrid told her good and she turned back. But the next task got me worried her carrier said, "Ok now I want you to try and imagine yourself half dragon and half human," Indigo tried but she got frustrated and told her she couldn't but Astrid told her to try again but still nothing happen. But a ring of fire came at Indigo and hit her, I looked at her carrier and she had a flame in her hand I got up and told her she went to far but a green fire ball hit her and she wan't fades. I turned around and saw Indigo had dragon wings, a tail, and her nails where sharp she had a green gem near middle of chest near her neck and it glowed when she breathed a bright flame at her carrier.

(Indigo's  pov)
When I was done with the new power surge I looked at mom and said, "you attacked me to unlock my new form?" She nod and told me her father did the same thing to her, I huffed and felt myself turn back to normal but I got dizzy and almost fell when someone or bot caught me and I saw it was Crosshair. He chuckled and said, "Easy little lady that was quiet the show you did," I blushed a little but I felt something in me telling me to protect Crosshair. I thanked him and mom came and got me, she smiled and said, "I saw that your archangel side told you to protect Crosshair he is your soul mate, that is how I found out your father was mine." I blushed and told her I had a little crush on him she smiled and told me if I had any questions about this to come to her.
