Sam and I were walking back from the shop and were heading over to to her house so he could get changed and then we were gonna go over to my house and just relax for the night watching movies.

As we turned the corner to head down our street we herd someone shouting. We just figured it was some people who had already started to get into the alcohol because I mean it's summer right? But the shouting never stopped and it became a lot clearer, someone was shouting my name.

I turn around and see Taylor yelling for me and I stopped in my Tracts and headed over to them.

"Thank god that it's you because they could have been real awkward" Taylor said while laughing

"Yeah that would have been a good story though" Taylor's friend said

"Oh Maggie and... oh shit I never caught your name!" Taylor said looking over to Sam

I just blushed at the ground an started to kick a loose stone on the road and nodded slowly. I herd Sam say her goodbye and then I felt a tug on my shirt which made me stumble a bit and we headed to our homes to get changed.

When I got inside it looked like no one had been home in a bit because there's no lights on. So I ran up my stairs to my room and got out of my work clothes and threw them in the hamper. I headed I my closet and grabbed my under armour legging an threw on my school baseball shirt and headed back down stairs. I was just slipping on my vans and about to open the door when I forgot my phone so I ran and grabbed it out of my purse then headed I get Sam.

She was just at the road when I closed the door and she looked up and waited for me there. We headed down to the boys place an Sam said that she got a text from Aaron saying to just head down to the beach because the were having a bonfire. Sam and I saw them all crowed around the glowing fire so we headed up to them.

When we got to the pit Taylor looked up and saw us and smiled
