Zack Martin came home after a long day at work, his friends were begging him to hit the bar with them tonight, but he chose to go home and get some sleep. He tossed his keys on the sidetable and grabbed the mail out of the metal box beside the door. He thumbed through it while he walked to his kitchen to get the leftover hoagie out of his refrigerator.

"Maddie is getting married?" He stopped seeing the invite. "Wow." He opened it and read. "I need a date for next Sunday!" He put the food back in then went to grab his keys dropping the mail on the table.

When he got to the bar his buddys from work cheered and he chuckled.

"Knew you'd come out!"

"Yeah, I'm here brother, I just got an invite to an old friend's wedding and I need a date pronto."

His friend grabbed his shoulder, he was already pretty buzzed. "We'll get ya one man! Hey any fine young ladies want a date with my brother here!"

Zack tried to shush him. He could feel every lady rolling her eyes.

His other friends were pretty buzzed too and talking too much.

"Zack Martin! Anyone want to date Zack Martin?! Come on!"

He shut his eyes tightly wishing that he was anywhere else.

"Zack?"

A sweet voice he hadn't heard in years made him open his eyes again. He turned and saw a beauty in a bright red dress.

"Hey, long time, no see." She smiled at him.

"Hey stranger. Buy you a drink?" He asked.

"Smooth man!" His buddy elbowed him too hard.

"Ow, dude relax. She's an old friend. Drink some water, Tommy." He gave his friend a pat on the shoulder then walked over to the bar with her.

"Two beers." The bartender nodded and got them each a bottle. "How have you been?"

"Good. I'm out with a few friends celebrating our last year of college. You?"

He chuckled. "I'm good. I'm a cop now." He said and she smiled with pride. "Yeah, Zack the trouble maker is a cop."

"I wasn't gonna say that. I'm thrilled for you." She put her hand on his arm and he smiled at her.

"Thanks, you're the first."

She gave him a look. "No, that can't be true. Your family has to be proud."

He shook his head and sighed, then he gulped down some of his beer.

"They hate me." She chuckled thinking it was a weird joke. "No, really, I'm serious." He gulped down more. " I got into a fight with Cody three years ago and that was the last I heard from any of them. My parents love Cody and hate me."

She sighed. "Zack." He looked down at the bar and she rubbed his arm.

His head shot up. "Let's do shots!" He yelled out happily surprising her. "Come on! A few shots and we'll be having a good time! Please."

She blew out a breath, but then she nodded.

"Alright! Shots!"

He got the bartender's attention and asked for four shots. "Two for me and two for you."

"Uh, how about one." She said pushing one away, but he pushed it back. "Zack." She gave him a stern look, but he just grinned at her.

"Loosen up, Bails! Two shots won't kill you!" He shouted over the loud music and held up a shot.

She sighed and raised her shot. "Fine, but I'm only doing two with you."

*six shots each later*

"I love this song! Dance with me Zacky!" She yelled pulled him over to the blaring speakers.

'Oh baby, look what you started
The temperature's rising in here
Is this gonna happen?
Been waiting and waiting for you to make a move...'

Bailey was pressed up against Zack and he had his hands on her hips as they danced to the music.

'Before I make a move...'

She looked up into his eyes and he stared at her lips, then she leaned in closer and he could feel her breath on his lips.

'So baby, come light me up and maybe I'll let you on it
A little bit dangerous, but baby, that's how I want it
A little less conversation, and a little more touch my body...'

She closed the space between them and he ran his hands up her sides until he was cupping her face as he kissed back.

'Cause I’m so into you, into you, into you
Got everyone watchin' us, so baby, let's keep it secret
A little bit scandalous, but baby, don’t let them see it
A little less conversation and a little more touch my body...'

Her friends and his friends looked over and started whooping and cheering in their drunk dazes as Bailey and Zack made out on the dance floor. Then Bailey pulled away, grabbed his hand, and they ran outside.
