Shy in the MM
Rico POV
On my way to the mall I stopped by T-Mobile to get baby girl a phone cause I can't have her walking around without any way of contact. She looked at me and and smile. I stopped at the red light and looked at shawty and I saw that she had hazel eyes pretty white teeth and face just drop dead gorgeous. She stopped playing with her finger and looked at me and blushed
her: were are we going the mall the other direction
Me: (chuckle) I'm going to t-mobile ma anything woes you want to no? She smile and looked out the window in deep thoughts. Pulling up to t-mobile we got out and walked in.
Me: ayy can me and my women get some help shit ain got all day. I can tell by the way she looked at me she feeling a nigga. Then this ugly ass employee walked up smiling with her cricked ass teeth.
Employee: can I help you handsome.
Me: look here disrespectful hoe you see I ain't alone so find some respect or you gone find these bullets. She looked frightened but asked again
Employee: i-iim sorry s-ir how can I help you.
Me: well I'm here to get my baby a phone I want the newsest iphone you have. Sharia looked at me and was about to object but I cut her off
Me: and hurry the hell up I got places to be. After we got her phone and baby girl a tablet we left and on our way to the mall she said something that caught me off guard
"Are you a drug dealer?" I chuckled and looked at her.
me: nah baby girl I run my own business that's all you need to know.
Pulling yo to the mall
We got out and I gave her my black card and told her to meet me in the food court in 3 hours. She was about to deny but I stopped her by walking away.
Sharia's POV
I was shocked but took it anyways. I walked in forever 21 and saw one of my co-workers shay.
Me: wassup boo.
I said to her she nodded and finished ringing up her costumer. I walked to the dress that I been wanting for a minute picked it up and finish shopping after 3 hours of shopping I finally got tired of shopping and was hella hungry so I went to to food cut and saw Rico talking to some girl to say I was jealous was an understatement but I had no reason to he wasn't my nigga. I walked to subway ordered me some food and went to the table as I walked away I saw ol girl walk away smiling and Rico looking like he had no care in the world. Shy wanted Mcdonald's so that's what she ate. After we ate I was ready to go home but Rico insisted that I continue to shop. Another 3 hours of shopping I was wore out I had spent about 3,000 dollars and Rico didn't have a care in the world.
On our way home
I told Rico to stop by walmart so I can get some things to cook for dinner. Since he just took me and shy on a shopping spree I was going to cook a meal for him. We arrived in the store and I went to the meats. I picked up pork chops then I found mash potatoes and gravy with corn and cornbread then I picked up a red velvet cake to make after that. I ended up getting things that I needed too. By the time I was finished and we was ready to check out the price came up to be $200 so I took the money that I had from my last check and was about to pay when Rico tried to pay but I insisted to pay and he reluctantly let me but as soon as we got in the car he said " don't try to do that often cause its not gone happen". We went home and I told shy to get in the tub while I start on dinner. An hour and a half and I was just putting the cake in the oven and waiting on the pork chops to finish when Rico walked startling me.
Rico: it smells good in hea ma who taught you how to cook?
Me: well actually I took a cooking class back in highschool.
Rico: tell me about yourself. I didn't know him but I felt as if I can trust him.
Me: well my mom was on drugs after she got pregnant with shy. She start beating me everyday until one day we was on our way home when I heard yelling coming from our house so I told shy to go next door long story short I watched my mother be murdered. Every since then I been caring for shy but just before you saved me my landlord tried to rape me once more time but I stabbed him and ran. No it wasn't the first time I slept with him but I had to do what I had to do to keep an roof over our head. By the time I was finished I was crying thinking back to the times that I have been through. I can tell Rico was possess because he was flenching his jaw muscle. He came and hugged me then kissed me. At first I didn't kiss back but his lips were soft so I gave in. The smoke alarm started going off making me break the kiss and going to check up on the cake and cutting the meat off. The food was done so I fixed everyone a plate and we sat and ate in peace. Until shy broke the silence
Shy: um sir do you like my sister?
Me: (chocking on my food) shy!
Rico: (chuckle) yes actually I do she beautiful and has been through a lot so I want to get to know her more and may even be more than friends.
What he said shocked me but after we ate I washed dishes and took a shower and start putting my clothes up until there was a knock on the door and walks in Rico.
Rico: and ma I meant everything u said and I also meant this too and he kissed me leaving me in shock.
