Hey just a little note from me, the author :) Can I get your opinions on my story so far? What do I need more of what do I need less of. Is my writing just fine? Please vote, fan, and comment!! Love you all lots and I'm glad you at least looked at my story. I appreciate it considering how self-conscious I usually am about my stories.
I whipped around to find myself face to face with Austin. He had his white sleeves rolled up and you could see the beginning of very detailed tattoos.
"Should't you be waiting on tables?" I looked at him getting annoyed that he inturrupted my "relax" time. He looked at me and smiled a lop sided grin. His eyes held the twinkle of mischief.
"I'm on break." He spoke the words and grinned like the cheshire cat. His eyes told a different story.
"You're on break my butt. You can't work for five minutes and then have a random break. Life doesn't work like that." I looked at him with my hands on my hips and my cigarette dwindling down inbetween my middle and pointer finger.
"Well you can go on break when your nephew of the owner. Now lets change the spot light back to you. That sign, right there, clearly says "NoSmoking on Premisis". What do you have in your hands?" He pointed to the sign and then looked down at my hand. Just to show how much I didn't care about what the sign said I put the cigarette to my mouth and to a long drag. He smiled at me and shook his head. "Not gonna obey rules, huh? I guess I'll have to go tell my uncle on you unless, of course, you lend me a smoke." He winked at me and then leaned against the brick wall. "Deal?" He raised his eyebrows. I looked at him and smiled cooly at him.
"Man you sure do drive a hard bargin. If I give you a cigarette you have to me two things." I looked him dead on showing him that this was a solid deal and if he rejected it he would'nt get his cigarette.
"Well, I guess. What are the two things?" He stood up straight and started walking towards me, a cocky grin playing on his lips.
"Thing one is to not tell anybody about me smoking on you property and number two is for me to know and you to find out." I winked at him, pulled out a cigarette, gave it to him, and then walked away without looking back. I could feel his stare on my back as I walked away and it felt good to be back in the flirting game.
