Ok so a thought of mine was what if David comes back remembering everything. Not what he did as DaVID but remembering when he was alive. Then cue max finding him being really happy that he's brought to tears. Sorta. David being a very confused bean and max having to explain to him what al happened. Like why he's a robot or why max is wearing a jump suit Kent for test subjects. David is absolutely mortified by what max tells him about the tests. David is so upset about what he did and what Camryn did and everything in general, but Max just shuts him up from the many times he apologizes. Because he has his dad back that he was sure of would never be back. This is just an idea for now but I really like it because portal portal Max has been through so much he just needs his dad back.
