Here I am trying to act normal and being friendly with Kathryn’s foreign and Filipino friends when suddenly I noticed a familiar face. I went closer to him to have a better view of his face and my guess was confirmed. He is Dan Howell aka danisnotonfire on youtube. I gently pulled Kathryn and asked her how she knew Dan and then she told me they were classmates in college. She asked me if I knew him and of course I said I am a fan. She then pulled me towards him and told Dan that I am Nadine Lustre and I am her friend and that I am a fan. It made my face blush to the point that I looked so drunk and out of nowhere he spoke to me and he said
“Hi. Great to meet you”
He is much more handsome in person and he is so cool even after Kathryn told him I was his fan and then as stupid as I am I answered him
“Hello Internet!”
The most embarrassing moment of my life. As soon as I opened my mouth I uttered his intro. And then Kathryn and her friends laughed. Even Dan!!! Dan was nice enough to say It’s okay and we ended up talking. Still, this memory will haunt me forever>_<
