Zeus' POV

"Pick him up please. He's drunk and he passed out"

"Please Christie" i said as i hung up on the phone.

"Chris! Wake up man" tapik ko sa mukha nya pero wala.

30 mins later

"Thank god, you're here" I said as I see Christie walking towards me

"Pasalamat ka nagmakaawa ako kay mom" she chuckled

"I've missed you Christie" as she went in for a hug

"Me too" then as we parted, she glanced to my right.

There lay Chris, drunk. Ito yung parte na di magandang tignan. He looks...

lifeless.

Christie's POV

*BEFORE GOING TO THE BAR*

Sitting on my bed, staring at my phone and wondering how I can ask for permission. I might not be ready to face Chris but I don't want him to be alone either. I mean yeah nandoon si Zeus pero he needs my help din.

Brain: Are you sure you're not just looking for a reason to see him again?

Suddenly there was a knock at my door.

"Mom?" And she came in

"Patulog ka na ba?" She asked as she patted me

"Ano kasi mom, I don't want you to get mad but" i trailed

"What is it?" My parents are strict, I mean way way too strict

"Chris needs my help right now ma" i said as I put my looked down, surprisingly she lifted my chin up.

"I'm not mad. Yes your dad and I are too strict on you and pero you've suffered long enough Christie okay?" sabi ko na nga ba eh no ito

"Mom please I have to do this" i pleaded

"Oh Christie, mahal na mahal kita pero this is too far."

"Mom sige na, samahan ko lang sya please..?" I hugged her

"Christie, gabi na. May pasok ka pa bukas." She explained

"Dun na lang muna ako sakanya then. You won't have to worry about me mom, pinayagan mo ako dati bakit hindi ngayon? Please ma I gotta do this for myself"

"Hayy, Christie. Fine. But don't you dare miss school tomorrow at magpahatid ka kay manong" I shrieked with joy and hugged her.

*AT THE BAR

Nilagay na ni Zeus si Chris sa sasakyan nya.

"You'll manage?" He asked and i can tell he's concerned

"Kaya ko ito, don't worry." I assured him

"Drive safe." Then I hugged him and I went to the drivers seat.

Hinatid ako nila kuya (manong) with my school stuff for tomorrow pero iniwan din nila ako dahil iuuwi ko itong sasakyan ni Chris.

Whoo. I haven't driven in a while. I started the car and drove to his condo.

~11 mins later

"Chris, wake up" i shook him pero wala so tinanong ko yung security kung pwede sya idala sa condo nya at he agreed naman thankfully. I followed with all my stuff with me.

His door is password operated and when we were uhm.. dating, he changed it to my birthday kasi kung minsan malilimutin ako. He might've changed it though but, it's worth a try.
