The last time Eva saw Dom was one of the best and worst days of her life. She was moving away to Rio, she needed a change of scenery. Dom and Eva had been best friends for a long time, she grew up watching both him and his father racing. The day she left Dom told her the biggest secret. He is in love with his best friend.
2 years later, Dom and the rest of the team were in Rio for a race. Eva started racing as soon as she got Rio.
Dom rolled up to the starting line, pressing his foot on the accelerator every so often, causing the engine to roar loudly. Eva also rolled up to the finishing line but decided that she wasn't going to mimick the actions of her best friend.
Dom didn't look over to her once, he had no idea his opponent was his best friend that he hasn't seen in a very long time.
The Women asked us if we were both ready, instead of replying we both Revd our engines.
Finally the race had started. Eva shifted gears, making the car go faster. Dom was in front and there was only a quarter mile left, Eva waited for the very last moment and she hit the nos button, making the front of the car edge over the line in front of Dom. Eva had won the race.
She drifted the car to a stop and stepped out to congratulate Dom. She got Dom and his eyes went wide. His mind rushed with questions that he wanted to be answered. But one question was more important than the others.
"Eva? You never raced back in Miami, when did you get so good!"
"I started racing as soon as I got to Rio!"
"Can I ask you a question?"
"Sure go ahead!"
"I have been in love with you ever since I laid eyes on you Eva, you made the dark times in my life so much easier and when you left it broke my heart, Eva I will never stop loving you, Will you be my girlfriend?"
" I would love to be your girlfriend Dom, always and forever!!"
