~Taehyung's P.O.V~

It all started late one night as I was walking home, I heard a female shouting at a man near a  café. She sounded about 18 or 19, she shouted at the man before slapping him the face, she threw what looked like to be a ring from off her finger onto the cold pavement. I watched as she cluthced her face in her hands and walked away, sobbing loudly. My curiosity got the best of me and I walked over to guy standing by the café. "Hey wh- Jimin?!" I exclaimed, staring at the teary eyed raven in front of me. "This is all my fault." He exclaimed, pointing to the female inside the café. "Why would you cheat on her like that, she was in love with you man." I said, anger thick in my deep voice. "Hyung, I didn't know what I was thinking.." He cried, holding the ring he gave to my best friend. "I couldn't see her face because I didn't even know it was you two." I replied, clenching my fists.

Jimin sighed and locked his teary eyes with my brown ones. "I will NEVER get her back Taehyung, never." He dropped the ring and walked away. I picked up the ring and placed it into my jeans pocket and headed for Alex's house. I walked up the steps when I made it there and knocked on the door, she opened it slightly before slamming it open, crying into my chest loudly. I wrapped my arms around her and stroked the back of her head as she cried. "H-He cheated on me with my best friend Tae. It hurts so bad." She cried, gripping onto my black sweatshirt tightly. "Shhh Alex I know, I know, everything is going to be okay, I'm here now." I said bringing her into the house, sitting her down on the couch. She crawled into my lap and curled up on chest, continuing to sob angrily, I pulled the ring out of my pocket and put it in her hand. She gasped and looked back at me, tears welling in her eyes again. "He gave it to me." I replied, slipping it back onto her finger.

She looked at it for a moment before laying her head back down onto my chest. "I love you so much Tae, you're my best friend, thank you for coming to see me." She said, hugging me tight. "I love you too Alex, and you're welcome, I'm your best friend, I need to comfort you." I replied, stroking the back of her head. She sighed and closed her eyes, drifting off into a calm sleep. I heard the door creak open, watching Jimin slip inside, catching my eyes. "She's sleeping." I whispered, pointing down at Alex sleeping in my lap. He nodded and looked away, heading for their room. I picked up Alex and followed behind him, he looked back and sighed, grabbing his pillow off the bed and headed for the living room. "That might be the best idea." I said, looking back and the sad Jimin. He nodded and turned to walk out of the room. I placed her onto the bed, covering her up with the blanket.

I walked back out into the living room to find Jimin laying on the cough on his phone. He locked eyes with me and sighed, sitting up to make room for me on the couch. "Why and who did you do this with?" I asked, my blood beginning to boil in my veins. "It was with her best friend, and I guess I wasn't thinking straight. But I love Alex, and I don't want to lose her." I snapped. "If you love her you wouldn't have cheated on her with her best friend. Alex trusted Faith, and you ruined that. I told you what would happen if you hurt her like this didn't I?" I shouted, angrily punching my hand. Tears welled in Jimin's eyes, he let them fall and he sobbed into his hands. "I'm such a mess up.." He said, looking at me with red, teary eyes. I sighed, and patted his back, "You can try to fix it, but I don't think you'll be able to." I said honestly, staring back at the closed bedroom door. Jimin nodded and curled up into a ball, hugging his knees, he cried silently, knowing he did wrong. "I'll stay here for tonight, just in case you do end up talking if she wakes up." I said, leaning back against the arm of the couch. "I love her Tae, it's so frustrating, knowing that I messed up." He said, looking at the door.

"I'm glad you understand you messed up, it's going to be hard trying to earn her and her trust back, she probably won't have a best friend anymore." I said, looking down at the time on my phone. I turned my head when the bedroom door creak open and Alex stepped out, her facial expression was angry. "Why did you come back Jimin?" She asked, crossing her arms. I motioned her to come sit down. She rolled her eyes and sat next to me, facing towards Jimin. "Alex... I'm so sorry.." Jimin said, the tears beginning to fall once more. She made a 'tch' sound and rolled her eyes. "As if? You cheated on me, we've been together for almost two years Jimin, TWO YEARS!" She said, shouting the last bit. Tears began to flow down her cheeks as she looked at his face, Jimin got up and knelt in front of her, taking her hands. She tensed and looked down at him. "Please forgive me... I love you Alex, I really truly love you." He said, sobbing. Alex's eyes softened, but her aura was filled with anger. "I need time Jimin. Just let me think about it okay?" She said, clasping her hands around his. Jimin nodded and wiped her face on the sleeve of his sweatshirt.

Jimin smiled at me before sitting back down on his side of the couch. Alex crawled over me and sat in Jimin's lap, hugging around his neck. Jimin chuckled and puller her close. I rolled my eyes and looked down at my phone. "If only she knew how I felt about her, I could treat her so much better than he could." I thought, scrolling through my Facebook feed. "She fell asleep again." Jimin whispered, locking his eyes on me. I nodded and looked up, "Go ahead and go to sleep, I'll see you guys tomorrow." I said, standing up off the couch, heading for the front door. I watched Jimin pick up Alex, who was now wrapped around his waist, carry her up to their room. I headed outside and began walking home., with Alex on my mind. "Why did she go back to him?"  I thought, kicking a stone down the side walk, she deserves so much better than him.
