The previous ruler died , the chair was to be kept for Al-Hussein after he dies ,following the terms of the deal that was made .
But no , for the ex- ruler died ,his son now ,who is a filthy criminal wanted the rule for himself .
Yazid ordered the agreement of AL- Hussein ,and if he doesn't give in then he must die.
Yazid was a corrupt ruler he killed whoever he wanted he stole money he played with monkeys .and didn't care the less about the hungry people who demanded his resignation ,and so millions of messages were sent to AL- Hussein Bn Ali ,asking him to come to Al- Koffa ,so a revolution can happen .
AL- Hussein sent his cousin Muslim Bn AKIL as a messenger until he can get his family and companions together .
After three days Muslim reached Al- Koffa ,he was welcomed and as he announced Al- Hussein's intention to build an army ,10,000 fighters signed in .
Muslim wrote to his cousin and master: "come to Iraq every one is waiting for you". And so, Hussein headed towards Al- Koffa.
He walked off ,with 70 fighters of his family and friends .and their women and kids ,and a baby.
On his way to Koffa he met a traveler,who recognized him as AL-Hussein ,and he told him that Muslim was being dragged dead on the streets of AL-Koffa .
What happened in AL-Koffa?Why would they turn on Muslim and kill him?
The answer is simple. It's Yazid . He ordered AL-Koffa's governor to bribe people ,so the 10,000 who were with Muslim kept decreasing until they became 2 who then left.
Muslim was thrown of a building and his head was chopped, after he fought fearlessly despite his not drinking water for two days.
AL-Hussein was about to head back to rethink his plan ,for he can't fight Yazid's army with only 70 fighters.
But no,came a man named AL- Hor with his followers who were of the people who sent him massages to help them ,now they became followers,blinded by the brightness of gold from the sun of honor.
He was ordered to frighten AL- Hussein's kids, and to stay with them till they reach Karbala ,and their they shall convert or die .
