Chapter 20

Previously on " he's the one "
Then all of a sudden a really hard push of the uncle car hits Levi's, levi then Begins to serve, and he ended up hitting a pole.
Eren ended up hitting his head on the window, head dripping of blood . Levi was leaning on the wheel, head, nose all bloody.
Erens uncle doesn't pull over or anything he just drives off .

" aw fuck , my head is killing me " Levi touches his head and sees blood , he then looks around, and notice where he is and realized what happen .

" stupid fucking asshole " Levi then sees eren

" eren , hey baby wake up " Levi shakes eren over and over but he doesn't wake up, which starts worrying Levi.

" FUCK FUCK FUCK " Levi screams
" my phone , where's my phone" Levi searches for his phone then calls the police .
Levi tells them where they are and what happen, not long after that the ambulances and police show up.
They get eren out and put him on a stretcher and hook him up to a lot of cords and other stuff , they also do the same to Levi .

" eren , eren I'm right here . Don't worry . I love you "

Eren and Levi get to hospital they rush eren to multiple rooms, for head scans, and make sure his body is ok .
They fix Levi all up , just a couple of stitches.

" eren , please wake up " Levi lays his head on erens bed.

"I love you, I love you so much , please don't leave me eren , please wake up , I don't wanna be here if your not here anymore , I'm so glad I met you . You're everything to me. I love you so much "

The machine starts to beep , which scared Levi a lot . He started screaming for the nurses and doctors telling them not to let him die .

Eren went to surgery, he ended up having a brain bleed . The doctor walk to where Levi is . He knocks on the door.

" hello , Levi , I'm Dr. smith, I did the surgery on your friend eren ---

" boyfriend, he's my boyfriend " Levi interrupted the doctor

" I did the surgery on your boyfriend, he had a brain bleed , he is stable now , he should wake up in a couple of hours, but we will have to keep him for a couple of days , you are welcome to stay here until he is released . "

" I will , can I see him " dr. Smith bring him to the ICU to be with eren
Levi sits by eren all day and all night not leaving his side .
Meanwhile all this was over the news . And they released names and that both boys in the accident were stable .
The police came in and started talking to Levi, and Levi told them everything , well not about erens past but about his uncle .

A few hours later , eren woke up , the machine started going off again but not for danger just because he was freaking out , the doctor and the nurses came in and calmed him down and gave him some pain medication.

" l-Levi " eren says kinda low

" I'm right here baby " Levi crouches over eren and kisses his lips

" are you ok ? " Levi starts laughing .

" I'm ok , I just needed some stitches I'm so glad your alive , I was so scared I was going lose you "

" I'm right here . " eren says reaching over to grab Levi's hand

Levi turns some tv on for eren , and they just spend the next few days in the hospital , making sure eren is 100% back to his healthy self .

There is a knock on the door
" hello I'm Dr. smith, I did the surgery on you , well I'm glad to tell you, you are clear to go home , but make sure you still get some rest . I'll write you boys a note for school but make sure you do your homework. " dr. Smith starts laughing and walks out

Levi helps eren gets dressed and they already called Petra so she's out side waiting for them .
They both get in the back.

Eren leans his head on Levi .

" I love you " Levi says while cuddling up to Levi

" forever " Levi says

" and always " eren comments back

The three of them gets to the house and they walk in the boys go to eren room and Petra follows .

" if you boys get hungry just tell me ok ? I'll be going to school tomorrow and I'll turn the note in for you and get your homework ok guys ? If you need anything wake me up . "

" we will" they say

Both of them change in to pjs
Levi of course boxers and eren in Levi's shirts and some boy shorts

They lay down and watch some tv and end up falling asleep .

" I love you , your my everything " Levi says before falling asleep
