"Okay, welcome to the first annual Celestial Criminals Scavenger Hunt!" D'mitri smiles, his voice bellowing throughout the square.
"Of Doom!" Sagittarius yells.
D'mitri sighs. "Of Doom. Anyway, the rules are simple. You and your group locater your items on the list before the other two teams. Sadly, if you and/or your team find an item or items on another team's list, you are able to relocate or keep that item. Alex nor I can help any teams locate an item, you have to find it yourselves. Remember, each team's list is different, so if it's not on your list, it's not your item." D'mitri reads. "Is this seriously how were going to play the game? I hope no one dies." This is totally random, but, for some reason, I keep imagining D'mitri having a British accent...don't know why.....Random comments from the Author Pt 1! I should make a story of that. Like, 'An Author's random thoughts', or something like that. It would be amazing! I should probably stop babbling and let you read.
"Don't worry uncle, I'm 97 percent sure no one will die." Aquarius smiles.
"What about the other 3 percent?" D'mitri asks. Aquarius shrugs and D'mitri sighs. "I fear for all of you."
"Anyway, while my father was talking, I passed out your sheets. You can examine them now, if you want." Alex says.
"A garden gnome holding a shovel?" Leo frowns.
"A tub of Chunky Chocolate swirl?" Pisces says.
"Full soda bottles!?" Aquarius cries. "Uncle D'mitri, these aren't the items I gave you."
"That's correct Aquarius. See, I thought it would be easy for your team if you knew all the items. So, Alex and I made some new lists." D'mitri smiles.
"Are we searching for items for our missions or are we doing your shopping list?" Capricorn asks, frowning at her list.
"Both!" D'mitri cheers. "Anyway, some of these items can be found in regular places, like a grocery store." D'mitri chuckles.
"I hate this scavenger hunt. I'm not doing an old man's chore list." Taurus grumbles.
"Psh, it's not just my chore list." D'mitri frowns. "But anyway, the scavenger hunt begins in 30 seconds. You may do some last minute planning right now."
"Alright team, let me just say, it's about to get bloody in here." Sagittarius says.
"Can we not fight? I mean, isn't there a way we can do this hunt without violence? Like when we were younger." Scorpio smiles.
Sagittarius slowly turns her neck towards Scorpio and glares at him. Are.you.delusional?! We have to fight to win! When I was younger, I would shove and pish the other kids. This is a scavenger hunt OF DOOM!" She yells.
"This is probably why no one liked you when you were younger." Leo chuckles.
"People still don't like her now." Libra jokes, and she laughs with Leo.
