how to tell if I've been gaming:
1. my elbows are bruised
because I rest on them when I'm gaming on my iPad
2. I haven't been out of my room in hours
3. I'm hot and sweaty as heck
4. I can chug down water in 5 seconds
5. I've been MIA from everything (including discord)
6. I rush to the bathroom afterwards
7. I'm tired
