Ethan's pov
"So we are you from?", I ask.
"Someone you've never heard"
"Wow, great details", I say laughing at the text.
We kept talking through the night.
Some things I couldn't talk about with my guy friends, or even my brother.
I send one last message.
"Meet me in library tomorrow morning.

"Do you want to help me with my homework? I'm kinda struggling right now. You know, a lot going on", I ask"Sure", she says sweetly.
We continued to work on my homework and, also managed to carry out a conversation.
I was talking about my family, which is not very fun for me to talk about.
My mother left my family at a young age, and my father is an alcoholic, and well, you know what I'm about to say.
My father abuses my brother and I, but hey, that's what happens when alcohol is more important than your two kids.
We are financially unstable.
We are physically unstable.
We are emotionally unstable.
That's why I'm a bully.
I'm not proud of it.
I bully people, because the same thing happens to me at home.
At one point I tell her, "my mother left us, and my father is abusive".
I go more into detail about money issues and she listens closely.
"Lucky you", she says sarcastically.
She stares off into the distance like she was thinking long and hard about something.
"What are you thinking about?" I ask.
"Nothing just what I'm going to do after school", she says with a sad look on her face.
"I think we are very alike. Let's keep in touch", I suggest.
"It's nice to have a friend in this school"' she says.
I reassure her with a nod and a grin.
*bell rings*
