He embraced his own illusions; that's all he had, after all. The male blocked out the rest of the world, all the other people, rumors, feelings, you name it.

A sigh came from him as he glanced up towards the sakura trees. Chilly breezes sometimes visited, but he didn't mind. All he needed was this tiny space isolated from the world. A smile crept up his face, and the world he called his own soon faded back to reality.

The teacher in the front of the classroom only glanced at him once, before moving on to her lesson. She had grown used to how the boy acted, and let him go without consequences. His grades weren't a problem, so the teacher always shrugs it off.

"Isn't Hatsuyuki-san so weird?"

Hearing his name, Hatsu lifted his eyelids; the following light from the sun caused him to wince slightly. He mentally rolled his eyes at the whispers behind him, they do realize he could hear them, right?

"Yeah yeah! He's always spacing out, it creeps me out!"

'Mind your own business,' Hatsu growled beneath his breath. If it weren't for the teacher, the two girls whispering about him would be dead right about now. Normally, he'd be ignoring them, though that isn't the case today. He's itching to kill, especially when a certain pineapple-head had pissed him off last night.
