Max sat up from the bunk and wiped his eyes of tiredness, he had hardly slept at all that night. He then shoved Mr. Honeynuts under the pillow and pulled his blue hoodie over his head. Exactly at the moment David opened the flap to tent
"Good Morning Max!" He grinned.
Max flinched out of surprise "DAVID STOP DOING THAT." Max gave David a glare
"Whatever you say!" David closed the flap to the tent and headed to the Mess hall.
Max rolled his eyes and walked out of the tent and to the mess hall to get some coffee. He was met there by Nikki and Niel who were waiting in line to get food.
"Why's the line not moving?" Max asked the two
"I don't know, foods probably not ready." Niel responded tiredly
Nikki decided to strike up some more conversation by telling them about some stuff "Guys, did you know the Camp is ending in a week?" Nikki asked them
Max, who was blanking out came back to reality wide-eyed "What?" He sounded nervous as though there was something horribly wrong.
Nikki blabbered on about how it was good that they were leaving this god forsaken hell hole but max stopped her in the middle of a sentence and left the Mess hall.
Max went back to his tent to go mess with David's phone to make himself relaxed again. He saw texts on Tinder from Bonquisha "Oh... this is perfect to mess with..." he said starting to scroll through some texts to figure out how to answer the texts. He thought of a few ideas and then decided to go with it, after texting he hid David's phone
again.
Max then soon remembered what Nikki said about Camp ending in a week and then he got scared again.
