"You can't just love me, Wolfhard. What's the catch?"

"That you'll love me too..."

I looked into his eyes. "I love you." He smiled in return. "I love you too." Nic just looked at us confused as fuck. "What just happened?"

We shrugged and continued to watch the sunset. I looked over at Finn. "Do you remember how this all started?"

Finn rested his head on top of mine. "Yeah..."

6-8 months ago..
"Thanks...for fighting for me.." He smiled. "Sure. Anything for anyone I care about!"

"Even Jack?" He looked up, thinking a little. "Mmmm, depends!" We laughed together and for a moment, it was just us in the world.

After we caught our breaths, Finn looked down at his feet. "I have a confession to make.." I looked up at him. "sure. What's on your mind?"

"I like this girl, and I have no idea how to ask her out and I have no idea if she even likes me..." My heart sank a little, but I smiled, trying to make it seem like I wasn't hurt. He continued. "How do I ask her out?"

I sighed and looked down at my finger tips. "Just simply kiss her and tell her you like her. I would love it if somebody did that to me, honestly..." Finn nodded, and we sat there for a few moments.

Then it was as if the world was turning, because the next thing I knew, Finn leaned in and kissed me on the lips. I was a little shocked at first, but then I leaned more into the kiss, wrapping my hands around his neck. He pulled away. "I like you!" I smiled and pecked him on the lips. "I like you too!"

Finn lifted his head off of mine and kissed my cheek. "I really hope we stay together......"
