Chapter 18

(Eddie's P.O.V)
Tomorrow is Zoe's birthday. Me and Aleks are planning a party but we don't know what to get her. This is the time I wanted to talk to Aleks about adopting her. I watched as Aleks kicked James ass in call of duty. They have been playing all day. I'm glad things are back to normal.
"You fucker!" James screamed. Aleks just got the game winning kill and was rubbing it in his face.
"Damn dude. I thought you were good at this," Aleks smirked and James started chasing his around the house. I giggled and watched as Aleks ran. James finally caught him and Aleks flipped him over his back. Ouch.
"Fuck you Aleks. Fuck, my back." James groaned and rolled on his stomach. Aleks laughed and jumped on me.
"We need to talk," he whispered in my ear and gave me a kiss. We headed for our room and I sat on the bed.
"Zoe's birthday is tomorrow. I got Monica making the cake while Seamus is setting up tables. Jordan is taking care of invitations for her little friends and I am making her a party dress." He rambled.
"We both need a present for her. I think I have an idea," I said when he finished.
"What is it?"
"Do you think we could.... Maybe adopt her?" I looked at the floor.
" I never thought about it but she is like a daughter to us. So yeah, I think that's a good idea," he said lifting my head up and kissing me. "Do you think she'll be ok with it?" He asked.
"Yeah, were basically her parents already. She loves us and I think she will love the fact of having a family,"
(Timeskip To Tomorrow)
"Wake up! Wake up! It's my birthday!" Zoe jumped on me and Aleks.
"Ok, ok were up. Wait, I got your dress ready," Aleks groaned and got up. He walked over to the closet and Zoe jumped on me. He pulled out a black and purple, sparkly dress. It was cute. She grabbed it and ran into the bathroom. She jumped out and spun around. Damn, she looked adorable.
"It's soo cute! I have to show Monica!" She skipped out of the room.
"Hey! Hey! Come back!" Aleks shouted. She skipped back in and looked at him confused. "Your not aloud out yet. We have to wait for Jordan to tell us to." I got out of bed and headed to my closet. I got out a plaid green and blue shirt with jeans. This will have to do.
"Babe get dressed," I told him and threw a red and black plaid shirt at him with black skinnies. He shot me an annoyed look and I giggled and changed in the bathroom. I fixed my hair and put on cologne. Aleks did the same and Zoe giggled at how similar we looked. I picked her up and threw her in the air, making her dress go 'poof'. She screamed and I threw her over my shoulder.
"Let's go," Jordan came in wearing a party hat.
"Yay! Let me go you fowl beast" she hit my back and I shook my head. I put her on my shoulders.
"I shall carry the princess," I announced.
"Well then, to the party!" She pointed her tiny finger to the door and I walked out into the hallway. I walked outside and hybrids were scattered everywhere.
"The princess is here!!" Aleks screamed and everyone cheered as I set Zoe down. She giggled and walked up to the cake. It was dark purple frosting with black decorations and it was chocolate flavored. (Chocolate or vanilla?). She went up and hugged everyone of the guys including Monica and chilled (they became friends) and then she went to play with her friends. I took Aleks hand and led him to a table.
"She's so cute. The party looks great!" I giggled. He nodded and kissed me gently.
"I'm really excited to be able to finally call her ours," he said. I smiled and nodded.
"Time to open presents!" James called. Oh boy, here it goes. We walked over to the presents table and sat down. Zoe jumped on my lap and grabbed her first present.
"It's from Jamie!" She said while ripping open the present. It was a ps3 controller with something graves into it. It said 'emo princess'. She giggled and James gave her a hug. She opened another present from Jordan and Monica. She opened it and it was a shirt with Johnny depp on it. She screamed and kissed the shirt and hugged the two. Johnny Depp was her favorite actor even if he was human. Next was Seamus's present. It was a pistol. Like I said she is very mature for her age, she's gonna be on the team when she gets older. She gave Seamus a kiss on the cheek and opened my present. It was a sword with 'badass' on the blade. She squealed and turned around and hugged me. (Remember she's sitting on his lap). Aleks gift was the dress. She got a whole bunch of pendants from Dan cause she collects them. Ze and chilled got her candy with some new outfits. She got a few more presents from her friends but there was one more.
"So finally. We have a question. Would you like if me and Aleks adopted you?" I asked, nervously. She smiled and started crying. She hugged us both and nodded. Aleks wiped her tears away.
"Now we really are one big happy family!" She sniffled.
"Wow. Congrats guys now let's cut cake!" Ze said and walked over to the cake.

Ok so I have to explain something. So pretty much hybrids are freaks of nature to humans so that's why the creatures were started. They don't have laws or anything.
