Chapter 17

*the next day*

**Carters POV**

It was about 9:30 in the morning so I got up. Only Sara was up. She was still in her pjs and so I was but i didn't care.

I walked into the kitchen to her while he was making eggs and I wrapped my arms around hers.

"Carter!" She said play punching me.

"Fine! Anyway, for our date.......... What do u wanna do?" I asked.

"Umm........... Idk" she said

"We'll, we could go see 'The Fault in Our Stars' movie?" I suggested

"Oooh! I loved that book so much! Let's do it carter!" She said as she ran and kissed me on my cheek.

I was so happy she did that, I made me really think she liked me. We both went our separate ways to get ready and take showers.

She wore her "on Wednesdays we were pink" mean girls shirt, and some shorts from Aeropostale.

I wore my khaki pants, my red Magcon hoodie, and a gray SnapBack.

*at the movies*

Once we got there I payed for our Large Popcorn, two root beers, and candy. We went into the theatre and took seats away from anyone else.

About halfway through the movie the main character and her boyfriend ish person started like- doing it. " it's getting kinky in here!" I said and we started laughing It got really awkward and when we kept looking at eachother we just started laughing and blushing.

Now I, my self, have never actually read the book but thought it seemed interesting. There was a really sad part and I looked over and I saw a tear slide down Sara's cheek. I looked at her lips, they were so beautiful and I wiped a tear off her face.

"Baby, don't cry" I said as I wiped it.

She just grabbed my hand and sorta stroked it. We both looked into eachothers eyes and leaned a little but closer and our lips almost touched eachother when

"Carter, I wanna kiss you too, I just don't think I should until I decide, I'm sorry......." She said.

"I do wanna kiss you but I can wait" I said with a wink.

After the movie we felt sick from all the candy and popcorn so we decides to skip lunch and to just go home.

*at home*

**Sara POV**

OMG I cannot believe carter tried to kiss me! I liked it though cause I knew he really liked me. But I knew I needed to wait til after my date with Cam.

Gabby an Meygan and Hayes and Matt had gone somewhere on a date too and everyone else was just gone so me and carter sat on the couch and just got to know eachother more.

"No way!"

"Seriously it's easy!" I said.

"Prove it then!" He said.

"Fine!" I licked my elbow. He didn't think I could but I could.

"What?!" He yelled. He tried to do it and he failed miserably. I started dying laughing.

"OMG carter! Hahahah!"

"Oh you think that's funny?" He asked

"Yeah! Hahahah" I kept laughing

"Oh that's it! I'm gonna give u somethin to laugh about!" He said as he ran and pegged me down.

"I don't see the Funny part yet?" I said. But than he started tikling me and I was dying laughing.

At the moment I got this feeling, this feelin that I was really attracted to carter, like I really wanted him. He was perfect with me today and I really liked me but I remembered my date with cam.

Yes I did think I was probably gonna pick carter but I didn't tell, anyone, I was gonna wait til after my date with cam, just to make sure.

"Cartah DONT DO DAT!" I yelled while I laughed and he had the biggest, cutest smile, I had ever seen!

-sorry about the short update again but I'm having like guy issues right now cuz someone told me my crush liked me back as I gotta deal with it! I promise a longer chapter tomorrow with cam and Sara's date? Will she decide in the next chapter? Wait to find out!
