Destiny sprung awake when she heard commotion in the barn. She tossed a brush threw her blonde hair and spun it into a tight bun. She quickly ran down the hall and shook awake her sister Charlie who bounced out of bed with her long brown hair clinging to her face. Charlie pulled her hair back and stepped into a pair of old jeans as both girls ran out of the house toward the barn.

"What's going on?" Charlie asked as they ran.

"I don't know! The horses are just going crazy." Destiny replied.

The girls burst into barn to find their dog Davey barking and chasing their chickens all around. All the commotion was stiring up the horses and causing them to whinny and kick at their stalls. Davey continued to chase the chickens until he heard Charlie scream at him to stop. In an instant he sat down in attention with his head down in shame.

"Davey not again..." Destiny shook her heard.

"Your dog is going to be the death of our flock, Destiny." Charlie said to her sister.

"He'll learn... eventually." Destiny turned to Davey. "Come on, boy. Lets go back to your dog house. You know better than that. When will you learn?"

Charlie huffed and started toward the feed room to feed the frightened chickens and horses. The animals stopped their fussing as soon as they heard the feed bag crackle. Suddenly, they were causing racket for a whole new reason. They stopped and danced in their stalls with excitement and the chickens were running around pecking everything that even came close to looking like a kernel of corn.
