I watched as Paris began to stir around in her sleep, then her eyes began to flutter open.

"Paris."

Her head shot in my directions as our eyes locked. I didn't know what to say.

Clearing my throat I said, "I be right back, I'm gonna' go get the doctor." She nodded her head.

I walked out into the hallway, and spotted the doctor walking in my direction.

"Ay, doc! She up,"

I stepped aside letting the doctor in as I followed behind him. I walked to Paris's bedside and grabbed her hand as he began to speak.

"Good evening Ms.Jones, I have some good and bad news to tell you. Which do you prefer to hear first," He asked.

"The good," Paris mumbled.

"Okay, so I'm glad to tell you that you are 9 weeks pregnant. So congratulations soon to be mommy and daddy." The doctor smiled.

I raised an eyebrow looking down at Paris, who held a blank expression on her face before saying, "And the bad news?"

"We're sorry to inform you that your body is under an enormous amount of stress, your body is dehydrated and your blood pressure is extremely high which explains why you fainted earlier this morning. And, honestly none of this is good for the baby you could've possibly had a miscarriage --"

The doctor was cut off by a hiccup coming from Paris as the tears slowly cascaded down her face.

"We're going to keep you overnight, but you'll be ready to go tomorrow morning. And is it okay if we set you a doctor's appointment for the baby tomorrow afternoon?"

"Yes, please and can you give us a minute," I asked.

"Yessir, just let the nurse know if you need me."

I bent down wiping the tears from Paris's face before asking, "Baby What are you crying for?"

"I don't know, e-everything is j-just so overwhelming r-right n-now," She stuttered through tears.

I wrapped my arms around her, calming her down.

"Babe, why didn't you tell me you were pregnant?" I asked letting out a sigh.

"Cameron, if I knew I would have told you."

"Oh, my bad. I thought you knew."

She sighed, then asked "Where's Faithe?,"

"With my mom. She was terrified, and I didn't think she could handle seeing you in that condition any longer."

Paris brought her hands to her hands to her face and began sobbing uncontrollably for the second time today.

I grabbed her and pulled her into me, as I rested my chin on the top of her head.

"Cameron?"

"I'm here."

"Can you go get her, please? I need to be with her."

"Of course, but first you have to stop crying, babygirl."

She leaned back and wiped her face clear of tears with the thin, white hospital gown.

"Paris, I'm serious. It's not good for the baby, or Faithe."

"Okay, Cameron, it's just hard right now," She said fiddling with her hands.

I got and kissed her before saying, "I love you,Paris. I'll be back in 30 minutes."

"I love you, too," Paris replied before laying back in her bed as I made my way out the door.

I laid in the hospital watching Faithe sleep peacefully next to me.

Cameron was sprawled out on the little couch. I knew he was tired from everything that happened today, he had to be.

I honestly think I actually love Cameron. He's stuck by my side these past 6 months through everything. He's the first man I've met who doesn't judge me for being an exotic dancer. He actually understands me and consider me and Faithe's feelings. He treats my baby as if she's his own, and I can't thank him enough for that. He accepts me for me, and for that I'll forever love him.

Faithe stirred in her sleep, breaking my train of thought. I looked down at my baby, and smiled before bending down to plant a kiss on her forehead. My babygirl is growing up so fast. She'll be 3 next month, and I'm going all out for her. She's my heart, I've never knew love like this before.

A stray tear poured from my eye before I quickly wiped it away.

I haven't cried in a long time. I guess it was time because deep down inside I'm hurting like hell.

After everything I'd been holding in, my break down was way past due.

I got up and walked into the restroom to keep them from hearing me cry. I stood in front of the mirror with my eyes closed shut. The tears continued to pour from my eyes no matter how many times I tried to stop them. I opened my eyes staring back at my reflection. I honestly looked like what I was going through. I screamed, punching the mirror causing the glass to shatter. I slid down the wall sobbing loudly into my hands.

I heard glass shatter causing me to shoot up from the little ass hospital couch. I looked in the hospital bed only to see a sleeping Faithe.

I heard sobbing coming from the restroom , and ran to open.

Paris sat against the wall crying with blood oozing from her right hand, and glass scattered around the floor.

"Paris," She looked up at me with tears pouring from her eyes then back down.

I kicked the glass to the side and data next to her pulling her between my legs. I just sat there letting her cry as I soothed her.

"Everything's going to be alright, babygirl," I said before placing a kiss on her forehead.

I heard the door creak open, but I stayed seated. I soon saw the nurse peak her head in the door. A look of concern quickly cover her face.

"Sir, what happen?"

"I honestly don't know," I said with a sigh.

Paris was balled up laying on my chest. She cried until she fell asleep. She was hurting and she was tired. I want to help her, I am going to help her. I love her.
