With all the hurricane going around, everyone's in desperate need of a lot of things. Food, shelter, water, joy, and many more things. I experienced Harvey but was thankful enough to not flood. Seeing rain since Harvey has been hard, knowing how much damage it's done recently. Constantly we were praying. I didn't realize how bad it would be and thought hey I'm gonna have a sleepover with my friend. Bad idea. On the way home I was constantly praying that I could get there. So many streets were flooded and it had only been raining for one day! Imagine the fear everyone felt, not knowing how long it would last. I was joyful when we didn't flood. I never stopped praying that we would be safe. And I was thankful when we stayed safe.
