*Edward acting very moody because Bella went to Florida to visit her mom for a week. This is how Alice decides to cheer him up*

Edward was still moping in his room. His has been like this since Bella left for a week to visit her mom. It was had been a very long week. Edward was usually pretty moody all the time. But with Bella gone, it was impossibly worse. The weirdest things would set him off. The other day I was wearing a blue dress and Jasper told me I looked nice in blue. Edward heard this and started yelling at me for wearing blue. He really depends on Bella WAY too much. I made my way up to his room and before I knocked on the door he yelled at me. "GO AWAY ALICE! I DON'T WANT TO GO SHOPPING!!" I ignored him and came in anyway. He was laying on his Bed next to where Bella sleeps. He growled when I sat on the end of the bed. "Edward, it's been six days, you still have one more to go!" "Don't remind me Alice." Somehow he managed to look even more upset. "Come on Edward! You need to something other than make the rest of us miserable." "Alice PLEASE leave me alone!" "Edward Anthony Mason Cullen! If you spend one more minute moping in this room, I will tell Bella. What would she think if she found out you didn't have a life when she left? Maybe I take her out of town for a girls only trip..." "You wouldn't." I showed him the proof in my vision. I didn't like threatening him, but it was for his own good. He had to stop being depressed about this. "Edward, come shopping with me, trust me it will cheer you up." "No Alice." "PPPPPLLLLLLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE......" I will not stop until he caved. "FINE! Just stop that!" "YAY! I meet you in the garage in two minutes." I ran into my room and changed into a dark purple dress. I came down and found Edward had brushed his hair and changed his clothing. He didn't look like a lazy jag-off anymore. "Come on Alice that's go already." He looked like he would rather be anywhere than in my car on the way to a mall. I drove there as quickly as I could. "Alice I have one rule. You can't buy me anything unless you ask me." "Don't worry Edward; we're not her to buy anything for you or me." "Then why..." "For Bella." This made him visibly happier. Now he didn't look like he was in pain! He heard that thought and looked like he was in pain again. We went to a shoe store first. I spent ten minutes hunting down the strappiest shoes with the tallest and thinnest heel. When I asked Edward what he thought of them he sounded like he was completely clueless as to why I would buy those. "They do look nice Alice but you know Bella will not be able to walk in them without falling every second." "Exactly." He looked even more confused now. "Edward if she is going to fall, who will she hold onto for support?" He finally got it. He smiled at the mental image. We got the shoes then we went to a cosmetics store. I had to literally drag Edward in. I found some nice light green eye shadow for Bella. It would look great with her brown eyes. I went over to the lip gloss, lip liner, lip stick, and lip stain section next. Edward looked completely astonished at the amount of different products. I remembered this trip was supposed to cheer Edward up, not for me to drag him to different stores. "Edward, what color lip stain do you think Bella would look good in?" He picked a bright crimson. I thought it would be a good color on Bella. After we paid Edward looked back at the lip section and asked, "Alice what's the difference between lip stick and lip stain?" "Lip stick puts a color on top of your lips and can smear off easily. Lip stain stains your lips and you have to wash it off. We only have to go to one more store Edward." His facial expression didn't change when I told him that. "Edward do you know what time Bella's plane lands?" I think tomorrow late morning. She never told me." I nodded. Bella told me. I started singing in my head to keep Edward out. He looked really annoyed when he heard Barbie Girl in my head. I needed to get rid of him to keep the dress a surprise. "Edward, why don't you take there to the car, I'll meet you there." He knew I was planning something. I started singing Lady Gaga in my head. He flinched visibly when he heard it. I ran in and bought the blue dress. I made sure you couldn't see it in the bag and went out to the car. Edward looked very annoyed that I was singing more Lady Gaga in my head, but he didn't ask. I looked at the clock- 10:16PM. I needed to get Edward out of the house by ten thirty. "Edward, when we get home why don't you go hunting?" Good idea Alice." When we got home I took the bags to my room and waited until Edward left. I ran out to my car and started driving to the airport. I looked at the clock again 10:20PM. Bella's plane lands at ten thirty-so I had plenty of time. Bella looked very surprised to see me. "Alice! It's great to be back. Where's Edward?" "He went hunting now come on! I have a little surprise for you." I drove her to my house as fast as I could. Edward was going to get back from hunting at midnight so we had just enough time. She looked like she wanted to kill me when she saw what I wanted her to wear. "ALICE! There is no way I'm wearing that!" "Please Bella, Edward would be hurt if you didn't like the clothing he bought." "Edward bought these?!?" "I helped him pick them out but he liked them." "Fine Alice." She was glaring at me the whole time I put her makeup on. I finished at 11:58PM. I grabbed Bella and ran her down to the couch in the front room. I winked at Bella as the rest of us left to go hunting. As I was running I watched a vision of what would happen when Edward got home*Edward walked in the front door and froze when he saw Bella. A huge grin spread across his face. He ran over and hugged and kissed her.* I felt like I was invading on there moment. I started to focus on the bear I was eating
*A few hours later*
As soon as I came home I ran quietly up to Edward's room. Bella was asleep on Edward's chest and Edward was smiling at me. "Alice, thank you for tonight. I'm sorry I was so mean to all of you." I smiled and walked over to him. "I forgive you Edward." I kissed him quickly on his cheek and ran out. I was happy I managed to cheer him up.
