It was a normal Sunday morning for mostly everyone, but not for me. Not only am I not considered a normal person, also I have to be here in this place. The same place where criminals are, and the same place where annoying police men are.

“Kaisho, your new teacher is here.” Said the man as he went inside my room and closed the door behind him. He had dark blonde hair, his cheeks were sort of, big and he had a dark skin tone. I nodded and walked past him, and to where I’m assuming the teacher is. But I felt something stopped me, and it was the man’s hand holding me back. “Don’t do anything reckless.” He reminded. I groaned and tugged my clothing, and walked away.

I’m Kaisho Callus, and I’m only Nineteen years old, living in Tokyo, Japan and well, home schooled.

I saw the teacher, she seemed to look very nervous. For me it appears that she has low confidence, that she doesn’t like her appearance too much because she covers her face with her long very curly hair. She was playing with her fingertips, and as she did I cleared my throat, she was startled and she looked up. She had glasses on, and she has some sun freckles on her face. “Sorry!” She quickly stood up and stopped playing with her fingertips. “It’s okay.” I walked over to the seat and sat down, along with her. The whole area was peaceful since we were inside a meeting room. No one was there, just the two of us which is sort of also awkward. I looked at the book, and tried to focus on that. I started chanting words, sentences. ‘Glide. I want that book to glide towards me.’ I say, in my thoughts and as the last pronoun ends, it glided towards me. Of course, the teacher was startled “Please, Mr. Kaisho! Don’t use your ability in lecture!” She exclaimed and while she was she stuttered in the end which made her blush. As she looked at me in the eyes, I started chanting once more. ‘You, You’re not allowed to prevent me to do anything. Let me do what I want.’ Her eyes turned relaxed, and she straightened up her seat.

Few hours later after the class was done, she asked me some questions and gladly I answered, even though I didn’t listen to her babbling about so many stuff.

After we were done, we both stood up and I gave her the text book she brought for the lecture “Thank you.” She say as she took the text book and bowed, I nodded telling her to stop. Later on I hear footsteps, and saw the police man through the glass door running towards it, he quickly opened it and he was panting, beads of sweat was forming on his face. “We need you!” He yelled and he was panicking, it seems that he’s a new graduate.

I nodded and gestured the teacher to go, but before she went “My names Hanabi, by the way.” Looking back at her, I nodded “Okay, now go now, Hanabi.” I Say as I dashed through the door and to where the interrogation room is. I went in, and I caught the detective yelling directly at the criminal. The detective looked stressed, he was sweating even though there’s air conditioner, even the criminal too, was sweating. I watched the show as the detective slam his palms on the table, “Why do you kill them?” He yelled, sounding desperate. And of course, the typical the criminal is in denial. “I..I didn’t kill the—“ The detective cut him off, and was clearly angry. “You were caught red handed, retard! Everyone who witnessed it saw you, stabbing your wife and my friend over and over again! Shame on you, being a part of the public authority, doing this!” He yelled and pointed at the man, “You should be killed! Guilty! And—“ I cut him off, this time.

“Shut the fuck up, and let me do my job.”

I Say as I sauntered over to the chair, and pulled the chair and sat on it. Leaning over I looked at the man directly in the eye, and there I started chanting.

‘Tell me the truth, only that. Nothing else, be direct to the point.’

The man just stared, his eyes looked lifeless. I was waiting for an answer, but it seems that he was still processing. The detective groaned. “You’re useless. Or not just that, completely useless.” He pushed me on my shoulder, I was just silent. I see no point of arguing with someone like him. I stood up and he jerked my sleeve and I glared at him. “ Don’t even try.” I growled. He laughed, “What would you do? Kill me like this man did?” I chuckled “No, I would destroy you, slowly, but painfully.” He backed off, and as he hit the chair behind him, the criminal spoke. “Yes, I killed them. Both of them, what you saw of course, was true. It was because my wife was cheating on me, she cheated on me on him. I’m actually glad I killed her before that child she has with him was born.” The detective had the recorder on few minutes ago so he got the tape. I glanced at the detective “Happy now, smart ass?” I pushed the chair back to the table and walked out.

Tomorrow, was rather a unexpected, horrible day. At least the most part.
