Lovers under the stars

One.. Two... Three.

Three shooting stars already. And it's only been the first few minutes of the meteor shower.

Dean and Cas were currently positioned laying on top of the Impala on a blanket in an empty field on the outskirts of town watching the amazing lyrid meteor shower. Sam was back at the hotel doing... Sam things. Dean didn't know, he'd left telling Sam that he and Cas were going out and won't be back till later in which Sam was too engrossed in whatever he was doing to question and left them be.

They spent hours just laying there in the serene peace and quite admiring the celestial show that was only right through the atmosphere. It was only till dean was almost asleep, his head resting on Cas's shoulder did Cas speak.

" even Cas was blown away by the story. He'd read it somewhere in a book or heard it from some televisions show. Either way, it was still a pretty interesting story and concept.

" amazing.. " dean mumbled. Turning his head towards his angel, the angel turning to see dean aswell. " just like you " he finished, giving Castiel a sweet kiss on the lips, pulling away he closed his eyes and leaned his head back on the others shoulder, falling asleep under the stars, knowing the brightest one that he loved most was right beside him.
