Part 1: The Frozen Dragon's Voice

It was time for the Grand Magic Games and you were going first in the first round fight.

Announcer: Hello, everyone! Welcome to the first round of the Grand Magic Games tournament. First up, the Frozen Dragon representing Sabertooth, Y/N!

You come out onto the arena with a calm smile.

Announcer: Now representing the Mermaid Heel guild, Melianna.

A brunette girl in an outfit that left little to the imagination ran out happily.

Y/N: Hello. You will be my opponent?

Melianna: Yep! Don't go easy on me cause I'm cute.

Y/N: Don't worry. I never hold back in a fight. No matter my opponent.

Announcer: Begin!

Y/N: Ice Dragon Sub Zero Fist!

Your fist is covered in icy energy and you charge at the cat-like girl, who jumps up and uses some kind of paw whip.

Y/N: I don't think so! Ice Dragon Blizzard!

You shoot a ball of ice that destroys the whip and it hits Melianna in the gut.

Melianna: You're tough...

Y/N: Thank you. Now let's see if cats really do land on their feet. Ice Dragon...

You rear your head back.

Y/N: ROAR!

You open your mouth and a torrent of icy energy strikes Melianna, knocking the girl out. However before she hit the ground, you caught her.

Y/N: You held your own rather well. Learn from this loss to get stronger.

You set her down and walk to your guild.

The next day, Yukino was going against another Mermaid. Kagura. The Celestial Wizard held her own but Kagura overpowered Pisces, Libra, and even Ophiucus and eventually, defeated Yukino.

That night at the place your guild was staying. The guild master called a meeting. He forced Yukino to strip down and remove her own guild crest. Seeing this infuriated you. You were so angry, ice was spreading where you stood. After Yukino ran out crying, you reached your limit.

Y/N: You old bastard!

Sting: Y/N.

Master: Quiet, Sting. I want to hear what he has to say.

Y/N: How dare you kick Yukino out of the guild just because of one loss!?

Master: Sabertooth is for the strong. The weak must be exiled.

Y/N: I have put up with your shit since I came to this guild and I've had enough! If Yukino is no longer a member of our guild, then you might as well kick me out as well.

You throw of your coat and grab your shoulder, where your guild mark was and you used magic to remove it.

Y/N: I'd rather be a free wizard over being in a guild led by you.

You go to leave but one of the members tries to stop you.

Member: How dare you talk to master like that?

He attacks you but you punch him across the room and walk out. You find the white haired female walking and you run up to her.

Y/N: Yukino.

Yukino: Y/N?

She looks at you and you see her tear stained face.

Y/N: I quit Sabertooth.

Yukino: Why?

Y/N: What he did wasn't right. So you lost one fight. So what? All that matters is learning from your failures. You learn nothing from victory.

Yukino looks at you and she hugs you tightly, crying into your chest. Seeing her like this reminded you of when Arctios went missing. You were alone, weak, and shattered. You gently put your arms around her and you heard a voice.

???: Hey, what are you two doing here?

You look to see Natsu. One of Fairy Tail's three Dragon Slayers.

Y/N: We are no longer a part of Sabertooth. I quit and poor Yukino was forced to remove her own mark because she lost her match today.

Natsu: She had to remove her own mark?!

Without another word, the pink haired fire wizard ran towards the Sabertooths.

Y/N: Come on, Yukino. You need rest.

You rent a hotel room and the owner gave you the key to yours and Yukino's room. The two of you shared a bed and Yukino hugged you.

Yukino: Thank you... For staying with me.

Y/N: No problem.

The two of you fall asleep and Yukino's last thought that night was...

Yukino's thoughts: For an Ice Dragon Slayer, he's so warm hearted.
