Albus Dumbledore stared at the pile of Parchment on his desk and heaved a heavy sigh. Tonight, Mad-eye, Sirius, and the Weasley twins were going to go and pick up Harry from his relatives and take him back to Grimmauld Place. He had never wanted to believe that he would ever be forced to move the boy from the Dursleys. I want to kill the little brat right now. He complained to himself in his head.

Minerva entered his office without knocking first and stopped right in front of him. She glared at the man in front of her. She just couldn't believe that it had taken him so long to get Harry away from his relatives care, especially since they didn't want him there anymore, and she absolutely knew that Harry wanted away from them as well.

Albus smiled his signature grandfatherly smile at the transfiguration professor. He kept her as a teacher even though he had never liked her, since she was the only competent witch or wizard in her field of expertise.

"Albus, when is Harry going to be removed from his relatives?" Minerva demanded to know, the concern for one of her favorite students bleeding through into her voice. Albus sighed inwardly in annoyance at the woman's nosiness. She just couldn't leave him alone when it came to Harry. And though she had an inclination of Albus' real character, she had never seen it even once.

"We are removing him from his relatives tonight, and we will be taking him to the order's headquarters." He explained with the twinkles in his eyes that charmed most people, though some knew it to be fake and hated it immensely.

Harry shivered violently, bringing his legs closer into his stomach. Vernon had left him alone without any blankets - again. Even though it was the middle of summer, it was always freezing in the cupboard; especially with there being no heating. He could only rely on his own body heat to survive and not freeze to death. He retreated into his mind to escape the physical world. Dumbledore will have to come and get me out of this place at some point, especially since I'll have to be closer to the magik side of Britain because of the trial. There's no way I'm getting there while being stuck in this place. He needed to get to the Ministry tomorrow, and he couldn't get there while he was locked up in a cupboard under the stairs at the Dursley's house. It was making it as to where he was on the verge of having a nervous breakdown, but he knew that the sooner he got through the trial, the sooner he would get to Gringotts.

He wanted to get everything sorted out before he had to go back to Hogwarts. Well, that was if he actually got through the trial and was labeled as innocent. He couldn't stop his mind from going back to the thought of him possibly losing his magik, even when something out of his control had happened. He knew that the Ministry was pissed at him for reporting that Voldemort was back. He couldn't help but wonder what their reactions would be if the truth about his lineage came out. Though he knew that he wouldn't tell. He wanted to get his own revenge against the bastard that had taken him away from his parents, from his true family. One thing was for sure - Dumbledore was going to get one hell of a wake up call come September if he got through the trial innocent.

He closed his eyes and prayed that sleep would come to him soon. Albus Dumbledore will get his cumpunts at some point.
