Yvette's POV
Sigh... For a few days, Sky has not been coming out of his room for quite a few days, causing the beta to do all his work for him.
I guess I should apologise for reminding him of his mate who had died during a rogue attack. If I was more careful with my words. Stupid! I scolded myself. You just realised it?! Yvonne asked. I could feel her smirking at me. "Shut up, Yvonne. You are making things worst here. Should I go and apologise? " Yeah. You should. I'm quite sure he has been moping around in his bedroom for days already.
"Yeah. Okay. Sure. I'll go now."
I ran towards Sky's bedroom. That sounds wrong. I blocked Yvonne out. I knocked. " Sky? Are you alright? It's me, Yvette. Open the door, would you?"
"What.. do... you... want...?" His voice was cracked.
His tone made me flinch. "Look. I came to apologise. But right now, you need to get out of your room!"
"No."
I grumbled. "Don't make me force my way in, Sky!"
No response. That's it! I have had enough of him! Use your powers. You can control the four elements. The door is made of wood. Part of earth. Control the door and force it open. Yvonne told me.
I focused on the door, channeling my power towards and it, and thought that the door was forced open.
Bang!
The door slammed open and Sky looked up, startled. I growled at him, and said. "Look. Tyler, the beta, has been shouldering all of your responsibilities, while you are in here, moping about your luna. She is dead! Get that in your freaking brain! Now get some rest, because I don't think anyone wants to see their alpha with red eyes!" That IS harsh!
He needed it. I told Yvonne, who snorted. I slammed the door close again, and marched back to my room. I swear I will kill him if I return to his room tomorrow and find that he is still in the same state as today.
