Chapter 6

(Y/N)'s P.O.V

There was a knock on my door, it had like one of those code knocks. Must be him, I mean no one would actually knock like that. That'll be weird and kinda creepy. I walk up to my door, unlocking it, and opened slightly. I'm already in my outfit but just to be sure.

"Is this the right place?" He asked.

"Depends, is this the right person? What's your name?" I asked, suspiciously.

"What's your name?" He asked, I can kinda see him squinting his eyes.

"I asked you first." I put a little force into my sentence, he sighed.

"I go by Cartoonz, is Angel there?" He asked.

"Yes she's here and you are the right guy." I opened my door and let him inside.

He walked inside, I look outside to see if anyone is out there. Thankfully no one is here and it's sundown, I closed my door and let Cartoonz to my basement where Angel and the plan is at.

We made it down, Angel is on her phone, not knowing our we are here. I faked cough to get her attention, she jolted up and instantly recognizes us.

"Oh, hey Luke." She greeted.

"Sup." He plainly said.

"So," I clapped my hands, "Angel told me she knows you, and I hope that's true or else I have to strangle you both."

They starred at me, hearing the tone of voice I gave which is like an excited saleswoman.

"I'm putting a lot of trust in you guys, anyways, Angel and I are going on a heist. We are going in silently and swiftly, but if we need to get out and it causes a commotion, we are going to need you as a getaway driver." I walked over to Angel and turned to him.

"Depending on how much money we are going to get, we are going to give you at least 20% or more if you drive long enough and go through difficult roads." I explained.

"So, what do you say?" I asked him, leaning in a bit and have my arm out for him to shake to start the deal

He thought for a moment and shrugged, "Deal."

I smiled, "Great, I'll tell you the full plan and get the essentials before we book it to the bank."

Everything is ready to go. Cartoonz drove over a building that is near the bank. Angel got out and ran to a spot where the cams can't see her. We then drove to an alleyway, there was an abandon building next to the bank. I got out of the car with a few gas bombs, a gas mask, two duffle bags hung over my shoulder and a grappling hook.

I wait for Angel's signal as I look at here direction, also being cautious if the guards are around. I see a shimmer of a flashing light, letting me know the cams are destroyed. I went inside the abandoned building to the top as fast as I could. The building is short so I use the grappling hook and shot it at one of the vents of the bank. It then pulled me up, retracting. I run up the building, trying to get up faster and getting a boost.

I made it to the roof and put the grappling hook away in the duffle bag. I sneakily walk to where the back of the building is at to search for the guards. I look over but see that they where already shot. I was going to do that so I was a bit disappointed.
'How did Angel get here before me?'

I went up to the vents and pulled the trigger for the gas bombs and threw it down. Not wanting it to get out nor on my face, even though I'm already wearing the gas mask. I give Angel the signal for us to go inside and went down using the grappling hook. I drop down and see Angel running my way, already wearing her gas mask. We nod and head inside, breaking the glass window.
