Ethan's p.o.v

A is up and she's doing good . Cops have the women arrested and are investigating why she did what she did .
For A's safety and Jason they had them fly out to Florida for a few days . They aren't sure if someone will try to do something .
While she's out there I'm back in LA with Grayson .
Things are stressful but we are trying our best to keep it together .
I kinda do miss having A around and Jason . It's like we are a family .

A's p.o.v

Jason is currently taking a nap , he has been rounding around like crazy . As he slept I looked for a reason why was that women trying to take Jason . Her name is Crystal Day , she is 28 and has been unemployed , single and lives in San Diego .
I tried to find a lead to who she might of been working for .
As I kept going I found something . I called the L.A.P.D and tell them what I found .
This isn't happening .

*next day *

A's p.o.v

I haven't heard back from the L.A.P.D  , they said they will call back when they can .
Today me and Jason are going to the beach . He's been wanting to go so why not .  Ethan called me .
"What's up ?" I answered "nothing how's it going ?" He asks "good we are at the beach " I said " I miss you " his voice cracked " Ethan I've been gone for 3 days " I said " yeah 3 days I haven't felt you in my arms or seen you " He says and I FaceTime him .
"Now you see me ?" I said with a smile " your so cute " he said "haha " I said and looked out for Jason .
"When are you coming back ?" He asked " they said next week but I don't know " I said and looked back up to Jason .
"Hey Jason stay near me" I said as he played with other kids .
"Damn" He said
"Yeah well call me later I need to keep an eye on Jason" I said "okay , I love you " He said I smiled "I love you too Ass clown " I said and he laughed and I hung up .
I look up and Jason wasn't there ."Jason?" I call out "Jason!?" I said as i looked around .
I then see him walking with the little kids "Jason!?" I shout his name and he stops "what did I say ?" I said as I caught up "we wanted ice cream " he said "ask me before you leave" I said and grabbed on to his hand and went to get ice cream.

*a week later *

A's p.o.v

Me and Jason are heading back to LA .
Cops have found out why they did what they did . That women and her husband had a thing against the Wayne family and they tried to end them all. They were successful but failed to take Jason .
They said things were fine and we can come back .

We land and i see Ethan . I run to him and give him a big hug .
So does Jason "I missed you " said Ethan "we missed you too" I said .
We get in the car and head to the police station for somethings .
We arrive and Jason's grandparents were there and child services .
"So what's going on ?" I asked "Well we have to figure out the situation with Jason" said the lay from child services . I look over at Jason  as he played with Ethan .
"Okay and ?" I said and sat down "Well our daughter loved you , she loved having you with Jason ... but then again he is our grandson" said Jason's grandparents "Okay, yes I know that" I said " Well it's between you two" Said the cops " I love Jason and you can see . I almost died saving his life, but then I get it he is your grandson and you have the right to see him , I don't want to take him away from you guys , i will never ." I said "yes we know that , I guess it's up to Jason" said the lady and she goes to get Jason .
He walks in and comes and sits on my lap .
"Hi Jason I'm Mr.lee " she said "Hi" he says shaking her hand .
"Look Jason, you have to live with A or your grandparents . You need to choose " she explained slowly for him . Since he's only 3 .
"Yeah baby , is or A" Said his grandma .
He looks at me and his grandparents back and forth .
"A" He said "okay sweetie now go play with Ethan " said Lee.
He runs out " okay now ... A you will have custody of Jason , but grandparents can visit and he can visit" she said "of course when ever " I said "thank you " said his grandparents .

Then I had to sign papers and do things . After everything we left . Ethan and I went to get Jason's belongings . Jason went with his grandparents.
We arrive and the house and it's almost all empty . As I walked upstairs the flash backs of what happened that night popped in my head .
"You alright ?" He asked "Yeah" I said .
I got the suitcases and packed up all his clothes ,  shoes  and toys .
I then saw a picture of his parents and him .
I picked it up and looked at it . I then felt tears run down my cheeks . Then I felt Ethan's arms wrap around me .
"You ready ?" He asked "Yeah " I said and wiped the tears .

We get to the house and I place his things in my room .
I went to say hi to everyone and especially Zane .
"We missed you" said Ricky "I missed you guys" I said as he still had his arm around me .
"So what did they say ?" Asked Grayson "I have custody of Jason " I said with a soft smile .
"Good" He said "Yeah , I love him as much as I love Ethan and you guys . I'm so glad I have you guys with me" I said "we are glad to have you" said Ethan and then they brought me back in for a Dolan sandwich .
