Hi everyone! ^-^ I wanted to let you all know that I am writing this story with @Freakgirl14 . Hope you guys like it, feel free to like, comment,  vote, and/or fan. (:

Chapter One- Lexi's POV

I peered out the window, looking at the buildings and houses as my mom drove down the freeway. Yawning, I pulled up my bag that rested on my feet onto my lap. My bag had clothes, pictures, notes, and other personal belongings. I was being sent to a boarding school- Elisabeth S. Rosenfeld Boarding School for Girls.

The whole idea of me going to a boarding school was stupid, let alone the fact it was an all girls school. I closed my eyes, imagining my life at school with all girls, and not a boy in sight. It waws like a lesbian's paradise. Unfortunately, I wasn't.

I was strictly a tom-boy. Girliness was out of question. It disgusted me, seeing prissy girls skip around wearing sundresses and their faces caked with makeup. The thought of it made me shiver. Instead of wearing dresses, skin-tight clothing, and bright neon colored shirts, I wore graphic tees, sweats, and hoodies.

My old friend were the same way.

"Five more minutes," my mother said, holding back tears. I nodded, saying nothing.

Every mother is the same with her child. They loved you unconditionally and grew attached to you. Sometimes things are different and change. But, no matter the situation, goodbyes were always hard. The exit sign on the freeway reading "Elisabeth S. Rosenfeld Boarding School for Girls" came into view. We took the exit, heading down the road leading to the school.

I counted the lights as we drove. We got two red lights and the rest yellow or green. Thoughts filled my head, causing a headache. Who would miss me? Who are the new kids, will they like me? Who would be dormmate?

My mom and I pulled into the school's parking lot. Taking a deep breath, she put her hand on my leg, looking into my eyes.

"Remember you chase this. Hopefully your time here will straighten you up. I do love you, Lexi. Good luck."

I opened the door, stepping out with my bags in hand. Looking back into the car, I smiled at my mom. ""Bye mom, I love you."

It was the start of a new beginning. Before she had a chance to say anything else, I turned away from the car. I walked toward the entrance of the school. To be truthful, it was nice-looking. There were gates that ran around the school. There were many buildings within the gates. The first building that came into sight was the main office. The first set of gates was opened. On either side of the school's office were two more buildings. Between the buildings and the office were roads, with gates going across from them, blocking all entrance and exiting.

I wonder if the student's thought of it as a prison. Maybe all the girls were insane, and this whole boarding school thing was just a cover. I was scared. No one liked being the new kid; it sucked. I walked up to the front office, taking a deep breath before opening the door and walking in.

"You can do this," I told myself. "After all, its not like I have anything to lose."

The office had a staircase on the far right, a hallway on the left, and a desk with an olderwoman staring at me.

"How can I help you, young lady?"

I walke up to the desk, playing with the sleeves of my jacket nervously.

"I'm looking for the person to speak to about my enrollment."

"You're talking to her," she smiled, fixing her glasses. "What's your name?"

"Alexsis Gray," I said quietly.

"Okay, Alexsis," she said.

"Lexi," I corrected.

"Lexi. Do you know if your parents made all the payments?"

How was I supposed to know? "Yeah, I'm pretty sure."

The woman at the desk skimmed through some papers, taking out pen and writing something down. She pulled out a sticky note, writing the numbers "502" on it.

"You're sharing a dorm with a girl on the second floor. Go put your bags down. You'll find your uniforms in the closet."

"Uniforms?!" I said in disbelief.

She laughed. "Yes, ma'am. Sorry." Smiling appologetically, she told me to take the stairs and look for the side of the building with even-ended numbers. I took the papers and the key to get inside. I walked down along the side path of the doors. There was no one around, the school was completely deserted. I looked at the doors, reading the gold colored numbers on each door. 496, 498, 500, and finally 502.

I put the key into the lock, opening the door. The room was basic except for the few decorative items. The girl had Black Veil Brides poster about her bed. My bed was exactly like hers, except it was on the other side of the room. This girl had good taste in music if she listened to BVB. I set my bags on my bed, walking to the closet. It was filled with uniforms. I pulled one out, throwing it on the bed. It was a red collared shirt with a plaid red and black skirt.

I took off my shirt, sliding the new uniform shirt on. I shuddered at the thought of me in a skirt. Maybe, if I was lucky, there would be an option to wear pants or shorts. If I was lucky.

My fingers pulled the zipper on my bag back, revealing all my clothing. I took out black short shorts, sliding them on and putting my skirt on. The outside of the closets were made of glass. Standing infront of the mirror, I admired myself. I did look nice. Smiling, I pulled my brown hair out of the ponytail, letting it flow down.

The paper read my shedule. My first class was an elective- photography, Room 520. It was downstairs. It was time to begin living this life.

Shutting the door and locking it, I ran downstairs to Room 520. I swung open the door, interupting the teacher mid-sentence. The class stared at me. I looked around the class, seeing all of the student's eyes fixed on me.

"Hi," I started. "Uhm, I'm the new student. Are you Ms. Leonard?"

"Yes," she said happily. "Take a seat, I was just explaining the new project."

I awkwardly walked to an empty chair, right next to a girl with brown hair and green eyes. She smiled as I pulled out a folder from my backpack, taking out a pencil and a piece of paper.

I wrote down the assignment, looking around the classroom and back at the teacher. My pencil rolled accidentally to the girls little section of the table. I embarrassed myself far more than I intended.

She laughed, handing me my pencil. "I'm Emma, by the way."

Emma held out her hand, smiling happily. We shook hands.

"I'm Lexi, nice to meet you."

Ms. Leonard continued to talk about the project, explaining the details and guidelines for it. Our project was about creating hidden pictures in everyday objects. She gave an example of a backpack pattern. Class went on. The bell finally rang, dismissing us all.

I walked alone back to my dorm, wondering who my roommate would be. The first day of school always sucked. Little friends, no one to talk to. I didn't mind the feeling. It was actually nice to be left alone, less drama-meaning less stress.

I took the key out from my backpack and unlocked the door. Swinging the door open, I was my roommate- Emma.
