A Spoby Story {ON HOLD}

Chapter 1

Spencer lives with her parents still. It is Senior year for Spencer and the Girls. Toby is graduated and taking pre Rec classes at a community college in Rosewood.

Spencer POV

It is January of senior year. I have been applying for many colleges to start at in the fall. I am not going to U Pen, and I want to go somewhere out of Rosewood, actually completely out of Pennsylvania. Me and Toby are still dating, very close. He said that he is willing to move to wherever I go! My parents are okay with it as well.

I am driving home after school.
I walk in

"Hi spencer." My mom says shes in the kitchen getting something to drink.

"Hi mom."

"Your going to Toby's for dinner tonight right?"

"Yeah, Actually I was wondering if." I get cut off and my dad walks in

"Hi Spence!"

"Hi dad."

"I have a letter that came in the mail for you!" he says and hands me a letter

I look at the letter and on the front return address it says "Harvard"

I look at both my parents with a surprised look on my face.

"go on open it!" My mom says

I open the letter and read it.

"I am in! They accepted me!" I say and start jumping up and down and hug my mom then dad

"Thats wonderful!" My mom says
"I am so proud of you!" My dad says

"Thank you!"

"So what were you asking me before your father interrupted?" My mom asks

"Oh yes, I was wondering if I could stay at Toby's all weekend?"

"Well don't you have that trig final Monday?"

"Well yes, but last time I stayed Saturday night, I had a test that Monday, and aced it!"

"She is right Veronica." My dad steps in

"Just let her go."

"Okay fine you can go for the weekend, but you need to study."

"Okay I will thank you!" and I hug both parents

"Your welcome, and be safe!" My dad says

"I will!"

Then I go to Toby's

When I get there I walk in his apartment, he don't care, I basically live there.

"Hey spence!" He says when i walk in

"Hey" I say and kiss him

"Guess what!" I ask

"What!?"

"I got a acceptance letter today from Harvard!"

"What! Really? thats awesome!" He says and hugs me! Then kisses me!

"I know right! But it does mean that I have to move to Massachusetts in the fall."

"Yes I know, don't worry! I will move with you, and go to a smaller college out there by Harvard."

"Okay." I say and smile.

"So, are you staying all weekend?

"Yes, is that still okay?"

"Yes of course!" He says and kisses me

"So whats for dinner!" I ask and laugh a little

"Well, I made us some shrimp Alfredo!"
