Erik Chapter Three
Class is boring. School is boring. Why do have to learn this stuff? I already know it all. It sucks having to learn the same stuff over and over again.
First hour is easy. Who wouldn’t know the trail of tears? About how Americans made the Native Americans walk through day and night? Yep so easy and boring.
“Erik—“Miss Ronald was saying before someone nocked on the door. I look at the door to see a beautiful girl holding a science book in her arms. I try to look away but I couldn’t.
My vision goes wonky. Next thing I know I fall out of my chair. Then everything goes black.
Blackout
I’m on the beach with this beautiful creature. We’re laughing and having a good time. Her brown hair gets in her face because of the wind.
I push her hair back looking into her gray eyes. I wanted her. I need her. She’s mine and only mine.
I love her.
I have never felt this way before. I wanted to protect her from everything and everyone. I wanted her to love me…. Like I love her.
I have found my mate.
She will be mine is the last thing I think before I gain consciences.

I feel water on my face. I scrunch my face. When I open my eyes I see Miss Ronald’s face. A little to close for my liking.
“Are you okay mister Abe?” I don’t hear at first cause I’m stuck in my thoughts for a minute. When she asks again I finally hear her. I shake my head yes.
All I could do was think about how I have found my mate. And she’s a human. Who cares, she’s mine and only mine. I look at the door where she was standing. I feel disappointed that she wasn’t there anymore.
I try to sit up but Miss Ronald puts her hand on my shoulder telling me to stay still. I glare at her. I say I’m fine but she tells me in a sterner voice to stay still, again. I feel my temper rising. I really, really, really hate being told what to do.
I was about to say make me when she comes in through the door. My heart melts when I see a concern look on her face. She’s concern for me. I notice the nurse comes in with a first aid kit.
I say I’m fine and that it wasn’t necessary but they insisted I come to the nurse’s office. I get up off the floor and give the nurse a glare when she tries to help me up. She backs off slowly.
The beauty walks towards me. She takes my breath away. Well, if I had any. She gives me a small smile and walks up to Miss Ronald, who is still right beside me.
“Thank you Miss Green,” says Miss Ronald. I stare at the beauties back while she nods her head at Miss Ronald.
I want her attention so I clear my throat. They both look at me and Miss Ronald asks why I’m still here. I sigh and walk with the nurse. Feeling Miss Green’s eyes on my back, I smile.
We’ll see each other real soon lover.
