*KIM TAEHYUNG*
The raspberry smell stayed in my nose for a couple of minutes after I crossed the door. Mom's raspberry pay is the best but I need to do this before she finds out.
It's cold outside, very cold. It should be snowing by now. I walk towards the church with my big backpack and my notebook in hand. It's ridiculous the amount of clothing I'm carrying, but it's too late to go back home anyways. When I entered the abandoned church I took out the picture of my young mother. She seemed happy back then, before meeting my father, before me. The tears started to run down my cheeks, I really don't mind cleaning them out, it's senseless, I have to fix it. If it wasn't for me, she would still be happy. I have to go, I have to help her.
On the other hand lays the device that will change my life...
It's hot, I'm starting to feel uncomfortable, suddenly the raspberry smell enters in my nose and I get the feeling I'm doing the right thing. Some leaves fall over my head and the lights start to tickle. The same street but so different during spring.
I find the empty house besides mine and leave my backpack there. I inhale the scent of old in the air. *I have to walk around and try to find her.* While I was walking down the street I hear some girl talking, when I look around to find the source of that voice I see this girl. "I bet he hates me" it's all I hear. *maybe I'll just stop by the church* I saw a guy reading one of those...how do you call it?...manga! It seemed new even though that edition sold out years ago.
The girl kept walking without looking around, something's not good. Right when a car passes by I grab her arm and stopped her from been killed. She looked up at me and I couldn't say anything, I have to go. I keep heading towards the church wondering...did that changed something?
I have to keep my head down from now on. From all I know now, I could've changed that girl's future. I ran into someone on the next block. I'm shocked.
"Oh I'm very sorry" The girl bowed at me, I could just move my mouth but I didn't say a thing. *Shit*
I take out the picture of my young mother and she's there. I just ran into her. I turn the photo and on the other side there's something written.
