I finally stopped running. I had no idea where I was. Do I dare go back? I stopped in my tracks. I took a look around. My mind was racing. Suddenly it happened. I don't remember it much. First, I heard a voice. As I began running I heard footsteps coming closer. After that it's all a blank.

I awoke an hour or so later. I looked around, trying to make sense of everything. I felt a heavy pressing on my stomach. I gasped loudly as I looked up to see a boy sitting on my stomach. He stared at me for a moment, then smiled.

It was as if I'd forgotten how to move my lips. I felt my face burn as he stared at me with his big, beautiful, blue eyes. " I'm Isaac. " he said, smiling. I felt my tummy flutter as I stared at him, still unable to speak.

  " You're Ellie...right? "

I gasped. Nobody but my mum had called me that in years.

  " Y-yeah. " I stuttered. " H-how do you know? "

He chuckled softly. I felt my face burning again. " Well, I've watched you for a long time- " He stopped talking, I could see the panicked look in his eyes.

" I mean I uh- I really- I've always- " he stumbled over his words. His brow furrowed as he focused in the adorable way. " I love you. I always have. " he blurted out, his hands shot to his mouth immediately. His eyes widened as he stared at me.

He leaned down and kissed me softly on the lips. I was screaming inside. I had so many things going through my mind. He pulled away and smiled as if he had just experienced his happily ever after.

It had crossed my mind over and over again. Is it possible I could be his happily ever after?

He pressed his lips against mine once more before getting off my stomach and helping me back to my feet.
